Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa kazinom Dragonija zbog toga što nije obradio moje isplate.
Legitimno sam osvojio 1.500 evra i izvršio tri isplate:
1️⃣ 10.10.2025. – 500 € putem MasterCard-a (TX: 6ffe0dd8-34aa-47a0-ae62-9180653097a8)
2️⃣ 11.10.2025. – 500 € putem MasterCard-a (TX: a69dc755-ea5e-4cd2-b789-f81653be2ecb)
3️⃣ 14.10.2025. – 500 € putem bankovnog transfera Revolut (TX: ae4e78e0-83aa-4ed8-b713-b1e30d703941)
Prošlo je više od dve nedelje, a ja nisam dobio nikakvu uplatu niti jasne informacije.
Tim za podršku (Ste****s i R**e) je odgovorio samo generičkim porukama poput „proveravamo sa prioritetom" i citirao klauzulu o uslovima i odredbama (6.14) bez navođenja stvarnog datuma plaćanja.
Već sam poslao zvaničan pisani zahtev i sve prosledio Upravi za igre na sreću u Anžuanu, ali kazino i dalje odugovlači.
Tražim pomoć od Casino.Guru-a da Dragonia obradi moje isplate i oslobodi 1.500 evra koje mi s pravom pripadaju.
Imam sve dokaze spremne: snimke ekrana mojih čekajućih isplata, kompletnu prepisku putem ćaskanja i e-pošte i dokaz o mojoj komunikaciji sa kazinom.

I am submitting a complaint regarding Dragonia Casino for failing to process my withdrawals.
I legitimately won €1,500 and submitted three withdrawals:

It has now been more than two weeks, and I have not received any payment or clear information.
The support team (Ste****s and R**e) only replied with generic messages like "we are checking with priority" and quoted a T&C clause (6.14) without giving a real payment date.
I have already sent an official written request and forwarded everything to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, but the casino continues to delay.
I am asking for Casino.Guru’s help to make Dragonia process my pending withdrawals and release the €1,500 that rightfully belongs to me.
I have all evidence ready: screenshots of my pending withdrawals, full chat and email correspondence, and proof of my communication with the casino.
