Zdravo. Samo kopiram detalje svog problema sa drugog sajta gde sam ga objavio.
Moj nalog je prošle nedelje suspendovan bez upozorenja ili razloga. Imam dva isplate koje se još uvek obrađuju, iako sam ranije imao mnogo, mnogo isplata brzo obrađenih. Nisam dobio nikakvu prepisku o tome zašto je moj nalog suspendovan i uprkos nekoliko imejlova podršci, još uvek nisam dobio ništa nazad. Nakon moje milionite posete podršci uživo, konačno su mi rekli da mi je služba za usklađenost poslala imejl (laž - nisu) i da su mi potrebna dodatna dokumenta iako je moj nalog već verifikovan. Poslao sam potrebna dokumenta, ali mi je rečeno da nisu dovoljna, ali ništa više. PONOVO sam poslao nekoliko imejlova za dodatnu pomoć i PONOVO me potpuno ignorišu. Njihova korisnička služba je zaista beskorisna, a profesionalizam nepostojeći. Brinem se da nikada neću obraditi ove isplate, iako sam uradio ono što je od mene traženo, samo da bih potom ponovo bio potpuno ignorisan. Preklinjem ljude da izbegavaju ovu platformu po svaku cenu.

Nakon što me je konačno kontaktirala Služba za usklađenost i poslao još više dokumenata nego što je traženo, i dalje mi govore da to nije dovoljno. Sada sam poslao izvode iz banke za 7 meseci, platne listiće, obrazac P21 i drugu poresku dokumentaciju, i nekako mi i dalje govore da to nije dovoljno iako je više nego što je traženo. Jednostavno ne žele da me isplate. Iskreno, to je apsolutna sramota i farsa u ovom trenutku.
Dalje ažuriranje - moja isplata je sada „REFUNDOVANA" nazad na Duelbits i moj račun sada prikazuje nulu, a moja sredstva su potpuno nestala. Nisam prekršio nikakva pravila niti uradio bilo šta loše. NE KORISTITE OVAJ SAJT, MOLIM VAS.

My account was suspended without warning or reason last week. I have 2 withdrawals still processing having had many, many withdrawals processed quickly before. I received zero correspondence as to why my account was suspended and despite several emails to support I still got nothing back. After my millionth visit to live support I finally got told that compliance had emailed me (a lie - they hadn't) and needed some further documents despite my account already being verified. I sent in the required documents but was told they're not sufficient but nothing else. I habe AGAIN sent several follow up emails and AGAIN am being completely ignored.Their customer service is truly useless and professionalism non existent. I'm worried I will never get these withdrawals processed now despite doing what was asked of me only to then be completely ignored again. I implore people to avoid this platform at all costs.

Having finally been contacted by Compliance and having sent even more documents excess to what I was asked for, I'm still being told it's not enough. I've now sent 7 months bank statements, payslips, a P21 and other tax documents, and somehow srill being told this isn't enough despite it being more than asked for. They simply don't want to pay me out. It's honestly an absolute disgrace and farce at this point.
Further update - my withdrawals have now been "REFUNDED" back to Duelbits and my account now showing as zero and my funds have just completely disappeared. I have not broken any rules or done anything wrong whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS SITE I IMPLORE YOU.
