Želeo bih da prijavim problem sa Duelbits kazinom u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplati.
Moj zahtev za povlačenje sredstava u iznosu od 4.391 dolara podnet je 18. aprila 2026. godine. Do danas je prošlo više od dve nedelje, a isplata je i dalje na čekanju i nije obrađena.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku. Svaki put mi je rečeno da će povlačenje „definitivno biti odobreno", međutim, nije bilo nikakvog stvarnog napretka niti preduzete akcije u vezi sa mojim zahtevom. Nije dat nikakav konkretan vremenski okvir, niti je dato jasno objašnjenje za kašnjenje.
Smatram ovu situaciju neprihvatljivom. Čuvanje sredstava igrača tokom tako dugog perioda bez transparentnosti ili odgovarajuće komunikacije izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u pogledu pouzdanosti i poverenja u platformu.
Ljubazno molim predstavnike i/ili moderatore Duelbits-a da pregledaju ovaj slučaj i pomognu u ubrzanju obrade mog povlačenja.
I would like to report an issue with Duelbits Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal.
My withdrawal request in the amount of $4,391 was submitted on April 18, 2026. As of today, more than two weeks have passed, yet the payment is still pending and has not been processed.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I was told that the withdrawal "will definitely be approved," however there has been no actual progress or action taken regarding my request. No specific timeframe has been provided, and no clear explanation for the delay has been given.
I consider this situation unacceptable. Holding player funds for such a long period without transparency or proper communication raises serious concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of the platform.
I kindly ask Duelbits representatives and/or moderators to review this case and help expedite the processing of my withdrawal.
