Želeo bih da podnesem ozbiljnu žalbu u vezi sa Fonbet.com i načinom na koji su obrađeni moji zahtevi za isplatu.
Situacija je sledeća:
U početku sam uplatio sredstva koristeći BLIK. Kasnije, kada sam pokušao da podignem sredstva, moj zahtev za povlačenje je otkazan. Korisnička podrška me je obavestila da, kako bih podigao sredstva putem SEPA/bankovskog transfera, prvo moram da izvršim depozit koristeći isti način plaćanja.
Tačno sam pratio uputstva podrške. Uplatio sam dodatni depozit putem bankovnog transfera/SEPA isključivo zato što je podrška tvrdila da je to neophodno kako bi se otključale isplate putem te metode.
Nakon toga, takođe sam kladio/obrnuo deponovana sredstva u skladu sa njihovim zahtevima kako bih izbegao bilo kakve probleme vezane za sprečavanje pranja novca, politiku ili klađenje.
Kada sam završio sva uputstva koja mi je dala podrška, podneo sam još jedan zahtev za povlačenje novca putem SEPA.
Uprkos tome, povlačenje je ponovo otkazano.
Trenutno pokušavam da podignem približno 4500 PLN.
Ukupan iznos mojih depozita trenutno iznosi 2434 PLN, a ove dodatne depozite sam izvršio samo zato što me je podrška obavestila da je to potrebno kako bi se otključao proces povlačenja.
Nakon što sam ponovo kontaktirao podršku, počeo sam da dobijam kontradiktorne, nejasne i izbegavajuće odgovore. Čini mi se kao da podrška namerno odugovlači proces i izbegava stvarno rešavanje problema, uprkos činjenici da sam u potpunosti poštovao sva njihova uputstva.
Najveći problem je to što:
- Pratio sam sva uputstva podrške,
- Uplatio sam dodatne depozite isključivo zato što je podrška to zahtevala,
- Uložio sam sredstva prema njihovim zahtevima,
i uprkos svemu ovome, moje isplate se i dalje otkazuju.
Po mom mišljenju, ovo izgleda kao namerno ometanje procesa povlačenja kontinuiranim uvođenjem novih zahteva čak i nakon što su prethodni uslovi već ispunjeni.
Očekujem:
- trenutna obrada mog povlačenja,
- jasno objašnjenje u vezi sa ponovljenim otkazivanjem mojih povlačenja sredstava,
kraj praksi prisiljavanja igrača da uplaćuju dodatne depozite bez rešavanja problema.
- Imam istoriju razgovora sa podrškom, istoriju transakcija i dokaz o otkazanim isplatama.

I would like to file a serious complaint regarding Fonbet.com and the way my withdrawal requests have been handled.
The situation is as follows:
Initially, I deposited funds using BLIK. Later, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal request was cancelled. Support informed me that in order to withdraw funds via SEPA/bank transfer, I first needed to make a deposit using the same payment method.
I followed the support instructions exactly. I made an additional deposit via bank transfer/SEPA solely because support claimed this was necessary in order to unlock withdrawals through that method.
After that, I also wagered/turned over the deposited funds according to their requirements in order to avoid any AML, policy, or wagering-related issues.
Once I completed all instructions given by support, I submitted another withdrawal request via SEPA.
Despite this, the withdrawal was cancelled again.
At the moment, I am attempting to withdraw approximately 4500 PLN.
The total amount of my deposits currently equals 2434 PLN, and I made these additional deposits only because support informed me that this was required in order to unlock the withdrawal process.
After contacting support again, I started receiving contradictory, unclear, and evasive responses. It feels as though support is intentionally delaying the process and avoiding an actual resolution, despite the fact that I fully complied with all their instructions.
The biggest issue is that:
- I followed all support instructions,
- I made additional deposits solely because support required them,
- I wagered the funds according to their requirements,
and despite all of this, my withdrawals continue to be cancelled.
In my opinion, this appears to be deliberate obstruction of the withdrawal process by continuously introducing new requirements even after previous conditions have already been fulfilled.
I expect:
- immediate processing of my withdrawal,
- a clear explanation regarding the repeated cancellation of my withdrawals,
an end to the practice of forcing players to make additional deposits without resolving the issue.
- I have chat history with support, transaction history, and proof of cancelled withdrawals.
