Registrovao sam se u FRESH kazinou 28. avgusta 2025. godine.
Nakon registracije (istog dana) aktivirao sam bonus dobrodošlice u kazinu i uplatio depozit od 600 evra.
Igrao sam neke slotove i osvojio 6600 evra.
1. septembra 2025. godine sam podneo zahtev za isplatu 600 evra. Posle nekog vremena, FRESH Casino je blokirao moj profil.
Dobio sam imejl na nemačkom jeziku -
„Zdravo! Vaš nalog je suspendovan radi dalje verifikacije. Da bismo prosledili vaš zahtev za otključavanje profila, dobićete video poziv. Moraćete da pokažete svoje lice i ličnu kartu kameri i odgovorite na nekoliko pitanja o vašem nalogu. Ako želite da to uradite u bliskoj budućnosti, kontaktirajte ćaskanje za podršku."
Nakon što je kazino blokirao moj profil, bio sam pod velikim stresom i imao sam nekih zdravstvenih problema zbog toga.
14. septembra 2025. godine moje zdravlje je bilo dobro i kontaktirao sam podršku FRESH kazina putem ćaskanja da bih prošao video verifikaciju.
Agent za podršku kazina FRESH mi je rekao: „Jekaterina, vaš nalog je trajno suspendovan u skladu sa odeljkom 8.20.1 pravila"
Prošlo je samo 12 dana, a FRESH kazino je trajno blokirao moj profil i oduzeo mi dobitke.
Već imam otvorenu žalbu na Flagman i Martin Casino
Flagman kazino mi je dozvolio da završim video verifikaciju, međutim, Martin kazino i FREŠ kazino nisu dozvolili.

On September 1, 2025 I made withdraw request 600 EUR. After some time FRESH Casino blocked my profile.
I received email in German language -
"Hello! Your account has been suspended for further verification. To forward your request to unlock your profile, you will receive a video call. You will need to show your face and ID to the camera and answer a few questions about your account. If you would like to do this in the near future, please contact the support chat."
After casino blocked my profile I got big big stress and had some health issues because of that.
On September 14, 2025 my health was good and I contacted FRESH casino support chat to pass video verification.
FRESH casino support agent told me "Jekaterina, Your account was permanently suspended in accordance with section 8.20.1 of the rules"
Only 12 days has passed and FRESH casino blocked my profile permanently and took away my winnings.
I already have open complaint Flagman and Martin Casino
Flagman Casino allowed me to complete video verification, however Martin Casino and FRESH Casino not allowed.
