Napravio sam ovaj Frumzi nalog preko bonus koda koji nije zahtevao verifikovanje mog naloga i još uvek nisam zatražen da to uradim. Napravio sam ovaj nalog 5. novembra 2023. Nisam nameravao mnogo da koristim Frumzi i nastaviću da brišem svoj nalog ubrzo nakon što dobijem novac.

Nikada nisam kontaktirao kazino ni po čemu.
Slučajno, dobio sam e-mail od Frumzija oko 20 minuta nakon što sam podneo svoju žalbu ovde juče.
Piše: „Tražili ste povlačenje u iznosu od 16,61 EUR na date detalje platnog sistema. Uskoro će vaš zahtev biti obrađen od strane Finansijskog odeljenja."

I created this Frumzi account via a bonus code that did not require to verify my account and I still haven’t been requested to do so. I created this account on November 5th 2023. I did not intend to use Frumzi a lot and I’ll proceed deleting my account soon after I get my money.
My winnings have been accumulated with real money (a small fraction might be bonus, can’t be sure).
I have never contacted the casino about any matter.
Coincidentally, I received an e-mail from Frumzi about 20 minutes after I had submitted my complaint here yesterday.
It says: "You requested a withdrawal in the amount of 16.61 EUR to the given details of payment system. Soon your request will be processed by Financial Department."
