Trenutno imam verifikaciju prvog nivoa.
Nakon kreiranja naloga popunio sam 1. nivo, takođe sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku za ćaskanje da saznam o ograničenjima depozita i povlačenja.
Podrška mi je rekla da nema stvarne potrebe za verifikovanjem viših nivoa pa sam upravo završio prvi nivo.
Završio sam to čim sam otvorio nalog,
14. april 2025. ponedeljak oko 18:00 UTC.
Poslednji put kada sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku bio je juče, dakle 17. aprila 2025. oko 21:10 UTC. Subjekt nije mogao da povuče moja sredstva. Već sam ti poslao ceo razgovor.
Zbog aml pravila sam odmah otišao da završim prvi nivo verifikacije. Pre nego što izvršite deponovanje, tako da platforma poznaje korisnika i nadamo se da neće izazvati probleme u budućnosti za povlačenje.

I have a level one verification at the moment.
After creating the account i filled 1st level, also contacted their chat support to learn about the limits of the deposits and withdrawals.
Support told me there was no real need to have upper levels verified so i just completed first level.
I completed it as soon as i opened my account,

Last time i contacted their support was yesterday, so 17 april 2025 around 21:10 utc. The subject was not being able to withdraw my funds. I already sent you the whole conversation.
Because of aml rules i went immediately to complete the first level of verification. Before even depositing so the platform knows the user and hopefully wont cause trouble in the future for withdrawal.
