Dana 24. aprila 2025. godine, moj nalog na Goldenbet.com je iznenada blokiran bez ikakve prethodne najave ili objašnjenja. U to vreme, na računu sam imao stanje od 465,06 funti. Pre nego što se ovo dogodilo, uspešno sam završio proces KYC verifikacije.
Kada sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo, obavešten sam da je moj nalog sada „pod istragom" i da bi proces mogao da traje i do 6 meseci. Međutim, nije naveden konkretan razlog za ovu istragu, nisu traženi nikakvi dokumenti, već mi je jednostavno rečeno da sačekam. Od tada nisam dobio nikakva dalja ažuriranja ili pojašnjenja — samo tišina.
Podrška putem ćaskanja uživo je takođe naglo prekinula moju sesiju usred razgovora kada sam pitao zašto je nalog zamrznut. Kasnije sam kontaktirao njihovo odeljenje za proveru ličnosti putem e-pošte, ali su me samo preusmerili nazad na ćaskanje uživo. Ova prepiska nije vodila nikuda, a moja sredstva su i danas zamrznuta.
Ova situacija deluje potpuno neregulisano i nepravedno. Priložio sam snimke ekrana mojih razgovora putem ćaskanja i imejla sa timom za podršku kompanije Goldenbet, kao i snimak ekrana koji pokazuje da je moj nalog blokiran. Molim za pomoć u povratku mojih sredstava ili barem da dobijem opravdano objašnjenje od operatera.
On April 24, 2025, my account on Goldenbet.com was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or explanation. At the time, I had a balance of £465.06 on the account. I had completed the KYC verification process successfully before this happened.
When I contacted support via live chat, I was informed that my account is now "under investigation" and that the process could take up to 6 months. However, no specific reason was given for this investigation, no documents were requested, and I was simply told to wait. Since then, I’ve received no further updates or clarifications — just silence.
The live chat support also abruptly closed my session in the middle of a conversation when I asked why the account was frozen. I later contacted their KYC department by email, but they only redirected me back to live chat. This back-and-forth loop led nowhere, and my funds remain frozen to this day.
This situation feels completely unregulated and unfair. I have attached screenshots of my chat and email conversations with Goldenbet’s support team, as well as a screenshot showing that my account is blocked. I am requesting assistance in recovering my funds or at the very least receiving a justified explanation from the operator.
