Zatražio sam povlačenje 14.000 švedskih kruna 2. maja.
Moj nalog je već u potpunosti verifikovan i svi traženi dokumenti su odobreni. Uprkos tome, moja isplata je ostala u statusu „na čekanju" nekoliko dana.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku i dobijao sam ponovljene odgovore u kojima se navodi da je moje povlačenje u fazi „bezbednosne provere", „provere usklađenosti" ili „čeka na obradu", ali nije naveden jasan vremenski okvir.
U potpunosti sam sarađivao/la u svim procedurama verifikacije i bezbednosti i nisam obavešten/a ni o kakvom stvarnom problemu sa mojim nalogom ili povlačenjem sredstava.
Podnosim ovu žalbu jer kašnjenje postaje nerazumno i želeo bih pomoć u rešavanju problema i prijemu mog povlačenja.

My account has already been fully verified, and all requested documents have been approved. Despite this, my withdrawal has remained in pending status for several days.
I have contacted support multiple times and received repeated responses stating that my withdrawal is under "security review", "compliance review", or "pending processing", but no clear timeframe has been provided.
I have fully cooperated with all verification and security procedures and have not been informed about any actual issue with my account or withdrawal.
I am submitting this complaint because the delay is becoming unreasonable, and I would like assistance in resolving the matter and receiving my withdrawal.
