Namerno su držali moj dobitak od 2.000€ kao taoca (više od nedelju dana) da bi igrali na moju zavisnost koju je trebalo da dobijem na svom bankovnom računu ili van računa! A onda su zanemarili odgovorno kockanje ignorišući moje vapaje za pomoć sinoć i dozvolili mi da danas ujutro odem u kanalizaciju za dodatnih 1650 €!!
Molim vas za pomoć, jer su to lopovi i zaista gadni i zlokobni ljudi kojima nije stalo do poštenja, politike, jasnih transakcija. Prvo je to bilo 1436 € koje nikada nisu platili i tvrdili su da jesu. Zatim isplata od 2000€ koja nikada nisu dodata u moju banku iako piše 2 radna dana MAKSIMALNO u Njihovim pravilima i uslovima i predao sam se zavisnosti i igrao 17.1.2025! A onda sam izgubio 1650€ danas ujutro POST trajni BAN zahtev. (2k pitao podršku za ćaskanje uživo o tome, + e-mail koji sam poslao ispod i koji je dokaz). Danas su mi zabranili pristup nalogu tako da trenutno ne mogu da se prijavim. Ali šteta je nepovratna. Tražim povraćaj od 3000€ na osnovu njihovog kriminalnog ponašanja i kako SVOJOM krivicom nisu kreditirali 1436€, povlačenje 2000 više od 7 dana. I što je najvažnije, narušiti poverenje kupaca u odgovorno kockanje i omogućiti igraču sa jasnim problemima da nastavi da igra sledećeg dana i dodatno potroši 1650€. Nadam se da možete da mi pomognete da vratim ovaj novac jer mi je uništio život, moje raspoloženje, finansijsku situaciju i osećam se kao budala što sam dozvolio Ice Casino-u da me iskoristi na tako loš način

i am deeply upset with ice casino. They treated me , a player whose given so much to it and was a VIP like a peasant. 1) They never paid back a big bass golden lake game bonus win , which was 1436€. The game froze and the money was never credited to my account . I raised the issue and they never paid.2) I had asked to withdraw 5.000 euro on Friday 10 January. They say they process and go through with all withdrawals for KYC verified accounts in 5 days MAX when the amount is equal or lower than 5.000$.
they kept the money hostage in my balance for over 6 days ( Friday afternoon is when I lost control and gambled them all away after they wouldn’t pay up according to timeline in T&C) and this led to our main Issue 3) which was :

They banned me today from my account so I can’t log in right now . But the damage is irreversible . I am asking for a refund of 3000€ based on their criminal behaviour and how they didn’t credit 1436€ by THEIR fault , 2000 withdrawal for over 7 days.
