Pišem vam da bih vas obavestio o važnim informacijama u vezi sa mojim problemom sa isplatom u Immerion kazinu.
Nakon što sam podneo žalbu na „A..gamb…", kazino je odgovorio na tu žalbu i konačno otključao moju funkciju isplate. Podneo sam dva zahteva za isplatu (900€ i 700€), ali nažalost, oba su sada u statusu čekanja više od 30 sati.
Kada sam prvobitno pitao njihov tim za podršku o vremenskom okviru, rekli su mi da se isplate obrađuju u roku od 15 minuta do 24 sata. Međutim, sada kada je prošlo 30 sati, ponovo sam ih kontaktirao i promenili su objašnjenje, rekavši da bi moglo potrajati i do 72 sata zbog velikog broja zahteva.
S obzirom na to da ovo kašnjenje dolazi nakon skoro 20 dana blokiranog pristupa, i uzimajući u obzir nedosledne informacije koje je pružio njihov tim za podršku, ljubazno vas molim da ovaj slučaj ostane otvoren dok se sredstva ne potvrde kao primljena na moj račun.

I’m writing to provide an important update regarding my withdrawal issue with Immerion Casino.
After submitting a complaint on "A..gamb…", the casino responded to that complaint and finally unlocked my withdrawal function. I submitted two withdrawal requests (900€ and 700€), but unfortunately, both have now been in pending status for over 30 hours.
When I initially asked their support team about the timeframe, they told me withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, now that 30 hours have passed, I contacted them again and they changed the explanation, saying it might take up to 72 hours due to a high volume of requests.
Given that this delay follows nearly 20 days of blocked access, and considering the inconsistent information provided by their support team, I kindly ask that this case remains open until the funds are confirmed as received in my account.
