Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv Novibeta u vezi sa nedavno nastalim problemom sa mojim isplatama.
Otvorio sam račun u martu i od tada sam uspešno podigao novac u ukupnom iznosu od oko 7.000 evra koristeći registrovanu karticu. Moj račun je u potpunosti verifikovan (KYC je završen) i nikada ranije nisam imao problema.
Nedavno sam osvojio 2.200 evra i pokušao da podignem sredstva na istu karticu koju sam uvek koristio. Međutim, kazino je odbio podizanje, tvrdeći da je postojao problem sa mojom karticom — iako je to ista verifikovana kartica koja je korišćena za sve moje prethodne uspešne transakcije.
Zbog frustracije izazvane ovim neopravdanim kašnjenjem i odbijanjem moje isplate, na kraju sam ponovo igrao i izgubio ceo iznos od 2.200 evra.
Verujem da je kazino iskoristio problem sa karticom kao izgovor da odloži isplatu, uprkos tome što je moj nalog u potpunosti verifikovan. Tražim vašu pomoć u preispitivanju ovog slučaja.

To the Casino Guru team,
I would like to file a complaint against Novibet regarding a recent issue with my withdrawals.
I opened my account in March and, since then, I have successfully made withdrawals totaling approximately €7,000 using my registered card. My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and I have never had any issues before.
Recently, I won €2,200 and attempted to withdraw the funds to the same card I have always used. However, the casino rejected the withdrawal, claiming there was an issue with my card — even though it is the same verified card that was used for all my previous successful transactions.
Due to the frustration caused by this unjustified delay and the rejection of my withdrawal, I ended up playing back and losing the entire amount of €2,200.
I believe the casino used the card issue as an excuse to delay the payment, despite my account being fully verified. I am seeking your assistance in reviewing this case.
