iWild kazino odbija da mi isplati novac
Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa iWild kazinom i njihovim odbijanjem da obrade moju isplatu.
Dana 06.08.2025. godine, na mom računu je bilo 550 dolara. Podneo sam zahtev za isplatu putem bankovnog transfera i odmah sam dostavio sva potrebna KYC dokumenta (ličnu kartu, dokaz o adresi, podatke o plaćanju).
Uprkos ispunjavanju svih uslova, moja isplata nije obrađena. Podrška ili ignoriše moje poruke ili daje nejasne odgovore bez ikakvog pravog rešenja. Prošlo je više od [X DANA] od mog zahteva za isplatu, a još uvek nisam primio svoj novac.
Ovo je potpuno neprihvatljivo i pokazuje da iWild kazino ne posluje na fer ili transparentan način. Igrači bi trebalo da budu sigurni da će verifikovani nalozi dobiti svoje dobitke bez nepotrebnog odlaganja.

iWild Casino refuses to pay out my withdrawal
I am submitting this complaint regarding iWild Casino and their refusal to process my withdrawal.
On 06.08.2025, I had a balance of 550 Dollars in my account. I submitted a withdrawal request via Banktransfer and immediately provided all required KYC documents (ID, proof of address, payment details).
Despite fulfilling all requirements, my withdrawal has not been processed. Support either ignores my messages or gives vague answers without any real solution. It has now been more than [X DAYS] since my withdrawal request, and I still have not received my money.
This is completely unacceptable and shows that iWild Casino is not operating in a fair or transparent way. Players should be able to trust that verified accounts will receive their winnings without unnecessary delay.
