Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu protiv kazina Jackbit (Ryker BV) zbog nezakonitog zadržavanja mog početnog depozita u kriptovaluti. Kazino je trajno zatvorio moj nalog nakon mog odbijanja da završim KYC verifikaciju, ali sada krši sopstvene Uslove i odredbe odbijajući da mi vrati početni depozit. Štaviše, njihov tim za usklađenost koristi zaključavanje imejl adresa treće strane kao oružje kako bi me uvukao u birokratsku petlju i konfiskovao mi sredstva.
1. Kršenje ugovora (Kršenje uslova i odredbi)
Zvanično sam odbio da dostavim KYC dokumentaciju kako bih zaštitio svoju privatnost i zatražio sam zatvaranje naloga. Jackbit-ov tim za podršku je uspešno zatvorio nalog. Međutim, oni su zakonski obavezni da mi vrate početni depozit na osnovu sopstvenih pravila.
Eksplicitno se pozivam na sledeće klauzule iz Uslova i odredbi kompanije Jackbit (https://2jackbit.com/legal/terms):
- Odeljak 9 (Politika protiv prevare): „U slučaju da nam ne dostavite traženi dokaz... Zadržavamo pravo da ukinemo nalog i/ili zadržimo sredstva na nalogu – dobici mogu biti konfiskovani, a sredstva koja ste uplatili biće vam vraćena."
- Odeljak 11 (Politika povlačenja i povraćaja sredstava): „U slučaju da se postojeći depoziti vrate Igraču zbog zatvaranja Naloga, zadržavamo pravo da Igraču naplatimo administrativnu taksu u iznosu od 20% od prenetog iznosa."
Više puta sam izjavio Džekbitu da u potpunosti prihvatam konfiskaciju svih dobitaka i kaznu od 20% za administrativnu naknadu. Isključivo zahtevam povraćaj mog neto depozita (36,845281 XRP - 20% naknade), što je garantovano njihovim ugovorom.
2. Birokratska zamka (izgovor za zaključavanje imejlova)
Trajno mi je zaključan Hotmail nalog registrovan na moj Jackbit profil (vanillacream991). Pokušao/la sam formalno da povratim nalog preko Majkrosofta, ali je zahtev zvanično odbijen. Dostavio/la sam snimak ekrana automatskog imejla o odbijanju od strane Majkrosofta kao neosporni dokaz da je ovo zaključavanje stvarno i van moje kontrole.
Zbog ove blokade, kontaktirala sam Jackbit-ov tim za usklađenost (Sofiju Tompson) sa moje nove imejl adrese. Dala sam podatke o svom nalogu, objasnila Microsoft-ovu blokadu i zatražila da jednostavno vrate moj XRP depozit na potpuno istu adresu XRP novčanika sa koje je prvobitno poslat.
3. Odbijanje kazina da deluje
Tim za usklađenost kompanije Jackbit je odgovorio da ne mogu da razgovaraju o nalogu niti da obrađuju zahteve sa „neregistrovane e-pošte". Zahtevaju da odgovorim sa zaključanog Hotmail naloga, potpuno svesni da mu ne mogu pristupiti.
Vraćanje kriptovalute u originalni novčanik je standardna praksa za sprečavanje pranja novca (AML) i bezbednost. Ne zahteva nikakav bezbednosni rizik ili verifikaciju e-pošte sa strane Džekbita, jer se sredstva jednostavno vraćaju pošiljaocu. Džekbit koristi moje neizbežno blokiranje e-pošte kao izgovor da ignoriše svoje obaveze iz Člana 9 i nezakonito konfiskuje moju glavnu investiciju.
4. Moj zahtev za rešenje
Tražim posredovanje kako bi se Jackbit primorao da izvrši standardni „povraćaj pošiljaocu" za moj početni depozit, poštujući ugovor koji smo se složili.
Uz ovu žalbu sam priložio sve potrebne dokaze, uključujući Uslove i odredbe kompanije Jackbit, odbijanje zahteva za oporavak Microsoft naloga, imejlove od strane tima za usklađenost kompanije Jackbit koji odbija da deluje i dokaz o mom originalnom depozitu. Očekujem da će Jackbit odmah obraditi ovu prijavu.
I am filing a formal complaint against Jackbit Casino (Ryker B.V.) for the unlawful retention of my initial cryptocurrency deposit. The casino has permanently closed my account following my refusal to complete KYC verification but is now violating its own Terms & Conditions by refusing to refund my initial deposit. Furthermore, their Compliance Team is weaponizing a third-party email lockout to trap me in a bureaucratic loop and confiscate my funds.
1. The Contractual Breach (Violation of T&Cs)
I formally refused to provide KYC documentation to protect my privacy and requested account termination. Jackbit’s support team successfully closed the account. However, they are legally obligated to return my initial deposit based on their own rules.
I am explicitly invoking the following clauses from Jackbit’s Terms and Conditions (https://2jackbit.com/legal/terms):
- Section 9 (Anti-Fraud Policy): "In case You fail to provide Us with the requested proof... We reserve the right to terminate the Account and/or hold the funds on the Account – winnings may be confiscated and funds deposited by You shall be returned to You."
- Section 11 (Withdrawal and Refund Policy): "In case the existing deposits are transferred back to the Player due to termination of the Account, We reserve the right to charge the Player with the administrative fee in amount of 20% of the amount transferred."
I have stated repeatedly to Jackbit that I fully accept the confiscation of all winnings and the 20% administrative fee penalty. I am solely demanding the return of my net principal deposit (36.845281 XRP - 20% fee), which their contract guarantees.
2. The Bureaucratic Trap (The Email Lockout Excuse)
I am permanently locked out of the Hotmail account registered to my Jackbit profile (vanillacream991). I attempted a formal account recovery through Microsoft, but the request was officially rejected. I have provided the screenshot of Microsoft’s automatic rejection email as undeniable proof that this lockout is genuine and out of my control.
Because of this lockout, I contacted Jackbit’s Compliance Team (Sophia Thompson) from my new email address. I provided my account details, explained the Microsoft lockout, and requested that they simply return my XRP deposit to the exact same originating XRP wallet address from which it was initially sent.
3. The Casino's Refusal to Act
Jackbit’s Compliance Team replied stating they cannot discuss the account or process any requests from an "unregistered email." They are demanding that I reply from the locked Hotmail account, fully knowing I cannot access it.
Returning cryptocurrency to its original source wallet is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and security best practice. It requires zero security risk or email verification on Jackbit's end because the funds are simply being reversed to the sender. Jackbit is using my unavoidable email lockout as a pretext to ignore their Section 9 obligations and illegally confiscate my principal investment.
4. My Demand for Resolution
I am requesting mediation to force Jackbit to execute a standard "return to sender" for my initial deposit, honoring the contract we agreed to.
I have attached all necessary evidence to this complaint, including Jackbit's Terms & Conditions, the Microsoft account recovery rejection, the emails from Jackbit's Compliance Team refusing to act, and proof of my original deposit. I expect Jackbit to process this return immediately.
