Iako Uslovi korišćenja navode da isplate mogu biti do 5.000 evra u roku od 24 sata i 10.000 evra u roku od 7 dana, u praksi je moj račun ograničen na 500 evra dnevno i približno 2.000 evra nedeljno.
Razumem da se ograničenja mogu razlikovati; međutim, ovo je značajno smanjenje u poređenju sa onim što je navedeno i direktno utiče na to koliko je vremena potrebno da pristupim svojim sredstvima.
• Vremenski okvir za povlačenje
Evo rezimea mojih nedavnih povlačenja sredstava:
• Povlačenje 1 – zahtevano 23/3 → odobreno 26/3 (~3 dana)
• Povlačenje 2 – zahtevano 24/3 → odobreno 27/3 (~3 dana)
• Povlačenje 3 – zatraženo 25.3. → odobreno 30.3. (~3 dana)
Ovaj obrazac se nastavlja, gde svako povlačenje konstantno traje oko 3 radna dana, čak i kada je više povlačenja u toku istovremeno.
• Verifikacija
Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan. Poslao/la sam sva tražena KYC dokumenta, uključujući verifikaciju identiteta i plaćanja, i ona su odobrena pre nego što je moje prvo povlačenje obrađeno.

I understand that limits may vary; however, this is a significant reduction compared to what is stated, and it directly affects how long it takes to access my funds.
• Withdrawal timeline
Here is a summary of my recent withdrawals:
• Withdrawal 1 – requested 23/3 → approved 26/3 (~3 days)
• Withdrawal 2 – requested 24/3 → approved 27/3 (~3 days)
• Withdrawal 3 – requested 25/3 → approved 30/3 (~3 days)
This pattern continues, where each withdrawal consistently takes around 3 working days, even when multiple withdrawals are pending at the same time.
• Verification
My account is fully verified. I submitted all requested KYC documents, including identity and payment verification, and these were approved before my first withdrawal was processed.
There have been no additional verification requests since then.
My concern is not a single delay, but the consistent pattern:
