LuckyBlock mi je zatvorio nalog sa stanjem od 5.400 evra bez jasnog razloga
Pre oko mesec dana sam imao nalog kod LuckyBlock.com gde sam uplatio oko 1.000 evra. Nakon što sam redovno igrao i verifikovao svoj nalog odgovarajućim ličnim dokumentom i dokazom o adresi, na računu sam imao stanje od oko 5.400 evra.
Bez ikakvog upozorenja ili komunikacije, moj nalog je iznenada zatvoren. Kontaktirao sam podršku LuckyBlock-a i dobio generički odgovor u kojem je stajalo:
„Vaš račun je zatvoren, a sva sredstva konfiskovana zbog interne odluke o kršenju naših uslova i odredbi. Odluka je konačna i ne može se poništiti."
Nije dato nikakvo konkretno objašnjenje. Nikada nisam obavešten o bilo kakvom kršenju, nikada nisam dobio upozorenje i nikada mi nije pokazano koje sam konkretno pravilo navodno prekršio.
U potpunosti sam se pridržavao njihove KYC verifikacije i pošteno sam koristio platformu. Verujem da je ovo nepravedan i moguće predatorski čin, posebno imajući u vidu veličinu u pitanju.
Molim da Casino Guru istraži ovu stvar, zatraži od LuckyBlock-a da pruži jasne dokaze o svakom navodnom kršenju i pomogne u povraćaju mojih sredstava ako se ne predstavi valjan razlog.

LuckyBlock closed my account with €5,400 balance without clear reason
I had an account with LuckyBlock.com where I deposited approximately €1,000 about a month ago. After playing regularly and verifying my account with proper ID and Proof of Address, I had a balance of roughly €5,400 in my account.
Without any warning or communication, my account was suddenly closed. I contacted LuckyBlock support and received a generic reply stating:
"Your account was closed and all funds confiscated due to an internal decision for a breach of our terms and conditions. The decision is final and cannot be reversed."
No specific explanation was provided. I was never informed of any breach, never received a warning, and was never shown what specific rule I supposedly violated.
I fully complied with their KYC verification and was using the platform honestly. I believe this to be an unfair and possibly predatory action, especially considering the size of the balance involved.
I am requesting that Casino Guru investigate this matter, request LuckyBlock to provide clear evidence of any alleged violation, and assist in recovering my funds if no valid reason is presented.
