Nakon sveobuhvatnog pregleda igračevog naloga, istorije transakcija i komunikacije, želeli bismo da izložimo relevantne činjenice.
Igrač je zatražio zatvaranje naloga 24.03.2026. Iako je došlo do kašnjenja u obradi ovog zahteva, to je direktno potvrđeno igraču i izvinjeno je. Nalog je od tada potpuno zatvoren.
Što se tiče tvrdnje igrača da je bio ohrabreni da zadrži račun otvorenim, želeli bismo da pojasnimo da je komunikacija bila komercijalne prirode i da nije sprečila niti poništila zahtev za zatvaranje.
Pre ponovnog otvaranja naloga 28.02.2026. godine, igrač je prethodno zatražio zatvaranje (nalog je zatvoren 04.08.2025. godine), navodeći nezadovoljstvo nivoom bonusa i osećaj nedovoljne nagrade za svoj nivo igre. Ovo ukazuje na to da je interakcija bila komercijalno motivisana.
Nakon zahteva za zatvaranje 24.03.2026. godine, aktivnosti igranja su se nastavile do 11.04.2026. godine.
U vezi sa relevantnim periodom (od 24.03.2026. godine pa nadalje), želeli bismo da pojasnimo finansijsku situaciju na osnovu verifikovanih evidencija o transakcijama:

The player requested account closure on 24/03/2026. While there was a delay in processing this request, this was acknowledged directly with the player and an apology was issued. The account has since been fully closed.
Regarding the player’s claim that they were encouraged to keep the account open, we would like to clarify that the communications were of a commercial nature and did not prevent or override the closure request.
Prior to reopening the account on 28/02/2026, the player had previously requested closure (account closed on 04/08/2025), citing dissatisfaction with the level of bonuses and feeling insufficiently rewarded for their level of play. This indicates that the interaction was commercially motivated.
Following the closure request on 24/03/2026, gameplay activity continued until 11/04/2026.
With regard to the relevant period (from 24/03/2026 onwards), we would like to clarify the financial position based on verified transaction records:
