Poslao/la sam 3 dokumenta (pogrešno sam rekao/la 4 u prethodnoj poruci) račun za struju, poresku prijavu i izvod iz Halifaksa.
Da, svi prikazuju datum izdavanja, ime i adresu i bili su ažurni.
Ne daju mi jasan razlog zašto ga ne prihvataju, samo kažu da nije prošao standardnu bezbednosnu proveru i da im je potreban novi.
Poslednji put sam im poslao potvrdu o poverenju 9. septembra, odgovorili su isto rekavši da nije prošlo standardnu bezbednosnu proveru.
Molim vas, recite mi šta još treba da uradim da bismo napredovali.

Thank you for taking the time to assist me.
I have submitted 3 documents (mistakenly said 4 in the previous message) my electric bill, tax return and Halifax statement.
Yes, all show the date of issue, name and address and were up to date.
They do not give me a clear reason as to why it is not being accepted, they just say it did not pass the standard security check and they need a new one.
Last I sent them a POA was 9 September, they replied the same saying it did not pass the standard security check.
Please let me know what else I need to do to help us move forward.
