Podneo sam svoj prvi zahtev za isplatu od 500 evra 29. septembra i sada je prošlo više od 10 dana bez ikakvog napretka. Status se i dalje prikazuje kao „Na čekanju". Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku i svaki put dobijam samo generičke odgovore poput „Vaš slučaj pregleda nadležno odeljenje" ili „Ne možemo da potvrdimo tačan datum".
Trenutno imam 1.500 evra na čekanju za isplatu i oko 10.000 evra još uvek na računu, ali se plašim da nastavim da igram ili uplaćujem jer sam potpuno izgubio poverenje u proces.
Već sam završio/la potpunu KYC verifikaciju i imam snimke ekrana stanja na računu, čekajućih isplata i istorije ćaskanja sa podrškom (prilažem ako je potrebno).
