Mogu li da proverim par stvari:
Pomenuli ste da je u izveštaju navedeno da su spinovi primenjeni i iskorišćeni. Ako je to slučaj, zašto bi istekli? Ali, radi jasnoće, iako je na mojoj kontrolnoj tabli postojao unos koji je navodio da su dodeljeni, nisu bili.
Kao što je prikazano na snimku ekrana koji sam priložio, možete videti da sam 27.08. iskoristio neke od VIP zvezda sa mog naloga da ih zamenim za besplatne okrete. Ovo su dva odvojena unosa koja možete videti, a koja navode Nivo 3: 65 besplatnih okretaja u 12:35 i 12:41. Problem koji sam pokrenuo odnosi se na 150 besplatnih VIP zvezda za porast nivoa 4, koje opet nisu primenjene na moj nalog niti korišćene.
Što se tiče deljenja traženih informacija o okretanju/transakciji sa mnom, verujem da prema Nacionalnoj uredbi o zaštiti ličnih podataka (LOK) Kurasaa imaju obavezu da mi dostave ove podatke kada se to zatraži, jer su to lični podaci.

Can I check a couple of things:
you mentioned the report stated the spins were applied and used. If that was the case. Why would they have expired? But for clarity whilst there was an entry on my dashboard stating they were awarded, they were not.
As per the screenshot I’ve provided. You can see on 27/08, I used some of my account VIP stars to exchange for free spins. This is the two separate entries you can see that state Level 3: 65 free spins at 12:35 and 12:41. The issue ive raised relates to the 150 VIP level 4 up free sound, again that were not applied to my account or used.
With regards to sharing the requested spin/transaction information with me, I believe under the Curaçao's National Ordinance Personal Data Protection (LOK) they have a requirement to provide this data to myself when requested as it’s Personal Data
