Ponovo sam poslao imejl guruu kazina tražeći da mi vrate novac i dozvole mi da podignem novac jer bi mi to omogućilo popravku električnih invalidskih kolica. Ponovili su da je neophodan apostil (ovde nisu pomenute nikakve druge optužbe/laži. Veoma hladnokrvno. Video sam sledeće na poleđini:
Ovim zvanično zahtevam kompletnu kopiju vaših uslova i odredbi. Što sam tražio već neko vreme, a ignorisao sam to.
Takođe bih želeo/želela potpuno objašnjenje zašto je potrebno dobiti ovaj apostil nakon što ste videli zvanični britanski pasoš, račun za BRITISH GAS koji više ne dobija zvaničnu formu, bankovne kartice, fotografije, selfije, druge pravne dokumente itd. lista se nastavlja.
Tokom razgovora sa guruom kazina, vaš predstavnik je tvrdio da jedan od mojih KYC dokumenata nije uspeo - voleo bih da znam koji. Pošto su svi korišćeni u drugim kompanijama bez problema. Ako je zaista jedan neuspeo, zanima me kako i zašto, pa smatram da je, prema GDPR-u, moje pravo da mi se kaže koji i kako.
Ponovo želim kopiju vaših uslova i odredbi. Vi ih tako slobodno citirate, ali ja još uvek nisam video nijedan. Obavestio sam gurua kazina o ovome i o činjenici da sam bio tamo sa prijateljem koji je otvorio novi nalog i JOŠ UVEK nije mogao da vidi uslove i odredbe.
Baviš se lažima i prikrivanjem i želim da vidim ove takozvane uslove i odredbe koji potkrepljuju tvoje tvrdnje.
Leti očekujem da mi se što pre pošalje:
1. Uslovi korišćenja su POTPUNI.
2. Koji od mojih KYC dokaza nije uspeo i zašto.
3. Pravni preferencijal za apostilirani zakon.
Neslanje ovih informacija smatraće se uskraćivanjem dokaza i kršenjem mojih prava na pristup informacijama prema GDPR propisima.
Takođe bih PONOVO zamolio da se potpuna i formalna žalba podnese nekome višem rukovodiocu.
Molimo vas da imate u vidu, radi vaše informacije, da će kopija ovoga biti dodata u temu žalbi gurua kazina.

During conversation with casino guru your rep alleged one of my kyc documents has failed - id like to know which one. As all have been used in other companies without issue. If indeed one has failed I’m curious as to how and why so I feel under gdpr it’s my right to be told which and how.
Again I want a copy of your terms and conditions. You cite them so freely but I’ve yet to see any. I have advised casino guru of this and the fact I at with a friend who opened a new account and STILL couldn’t see terms and conditions.
You’re engaged in lies and cover ups and I want to see these so called terms and conditions that back up your allegations.
In summery I expect to see sent to me asap:
1. You’re FULL terms and conditions.
2. Which of my kyc evidence has failed and why.
3. The legal precedence for an apostille bill.
Failure to send this information will be considered withholding evidence and breach of my rights to access information under gdpr regulations.
I’d also AGAIN ask to escalate a full and formal complaint to somebody senior.
