Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu protiv kazina Neon54.
Zatražio sam povlačenje 160.000 dana 08.21 (08.22 +160k, 08.23 +160k)
Kazino je izjavio da se povlačenja obrađuju u roku od 3-5 radnih dana.
Prošlo je već 10 dana, a moje povlačenje je još uvek u toku.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla. Svaki put sam dobijao samo isti nejasan odgovor: „Finansijsko odeljenje radi na tome", bez ikakvih jasnih informacija ili vremenskog okvira.
Moje prethodno povlačenje je takođe odloženo za otprilike 3 nedelje, čak i bez KYC verifikacije.
U prilogu su svi relevantni snimci ekrana, dnevnici ćaskanja i imejlovi koji podržavaju moj slučaj.

The casino stated that withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
It has now been 10 days, and my withdrawal is still pending.
I have contacted customer support multiple times via live chat and email. Every time, I only received the same vague response: "The financial department is working on it," without any clear information or timeline.
My previous withdrawal was also delayed for approximately 3 weeks, even without KYC verification.
