Naterali su me da čekam na ovom do danas, nakon što sam im pokazao snimke ekrana svakog koraka koji sam preduzeo da bih prošao kroz verifikaciju - (iako nije prikazivalo greške, moji dokumenti se jednostavno nisu pojavili i vratili su me na istu stranicu za verifikaciju pre otpremanja) i onda nakon što su to primili - i posle onoga što izgleda kao večnost - oko 2 nedelje, zamolili su me da ponovo pošaljem dokumente koji su upravo prikazani na snimcima ekrana greške, konačno sam dobio imejl u kojem je pisalo da sam sada verifikovan.
Povukao sam svojih 80 dolara, to je bilo pre oko 6 sati i još uvek je na čekanju.
Pitao sam da li sada mogu da ponovo obustave moj nalog, a oni su mi odgovorili sa čuvenim „poslato višoj monarhiji" na razmatranje.
Igram onlajn već oko 15 godina, skoro svaki dan, i veoma sam posvećen učenju uslova i odredbi u svakom kazinu, njihovih različitih pravila itd.
Registrovao sam se kod Neospins-a jer mi je preporučen kao najverovatnije najpouzdaniji za moju strogu jurisdikciju.
Dakle, i dalje sam zaista razočaran, jer sam preplavljen besmislenim izgovorima i ljudi jednostavno ne uče svoj posao kako treba.
Drago mi je da vam i dalje šaljem sve imejlove, pa me molim da obavestite ako želite. Neću vam ih slati osim ako nisam siguran da želite, jer znam da je ovaj slučaj verovatno klasifikovan kao rešen i da ste zauzeti drugim slučajevima itd.
Hvala vam puno što ste odvojili vreme da pomognete. Svetu kazina su zaista bile potrebne ovakve usluge jer bukvalno nema gde drugde da se pobegne kada se stvari pokvare, a to je zaista frustrirajući, usamljen i zbrkan osećaj.

Hi Veronica. I sure did submit them to support via email.
They had me sit on this until today, after I showed them screenshots of every step I took to go through the verification - (although it didn't show errors, my documents just didn't appear n took me back to the same verify page pre upload) and then after they received that - and after what seems like forever - abt 2 weeks, they then asked me to again submit the documents id just shown in screenshots of the error, I finally received an email saying I was now verified.
I have put in a withdraw of my $80, that was about 6hrs ago n is still pending.
I asked if they can now unsuspend my account and they replied with the famous 'sent to a higher monarchy' for consideration.
I have been playing online for around 15years, nearly every day, I am very anal about learning the t&c's in each casino, their different rules etc.
I signed up with Neospins as it was recommended to me as the most probable trustworthy one for my strict jurisdiction.
So I am still disappointed really, as I am so over bs excuses n ppl just not learning their job properly.
I am happy to still send you all the emails, so please let me know if you want me to. I won't send them unless I'm sure you want to as I know this case is probably classed as resolved and you're busy with other cases etc.
