Pišem vam da bih podneo/la formalnu i hitnu žalbu protiv Pin-Up kazina u vezi sa neetičkim, uvredljivim i očigledno manipulativnim ponašanjem prema meni kao verifikovanom i legitimnom korisniku. Otvorio sam svoj nalog 26. aprila i počeo sam da igram nakon što sam uplatio depozit.
Dana 29. aprila, moj nalog je blokiran i zatražena je verifikacija. Blagovremeno sam podneo sva dokumenta.
Posle skoro 5 dana, moj nalog je verifikovan i nastavio sam da igram.
Trećeg maja su ponovo blokirali moj nalog bez valjanog razloga i započeli ciklus zahtevanja 12-15 različitih vrsta dokumenata tokom narednih nekoliko nedelja.
Nakon svakog zahteva usledilo je 5-6 dana tišine pre nego što je zatražena dodatna papirologija - to se nastavilo do 10. juna.
11. juna, nakon što sam podneo žalbu CasinoGuru-u, moj nalog je ponovo otvoren.
Nastavio sam da igram, samo da bi mi ponovo blokirali račun 25. juna, zahtevajući izvod iz banke.
Nakon slanja izvoda, moj nalog je ponovo otvoren u roku od 2 dana.
Međutim, 7. jula su mi blokirali pristup kazinu uživo bez navođenja valjanog razloga. Svi zahtevi za pojašnjenje su ignorisani.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against Pin-Up Casino for Unjustified Account Blocking and Withholding of Funds
Dear CasinoGuru Support,
I am writing to lodge a formal and urgent complaint against Pin-Up Casino regarding unethical, abusive, and clearly manipulative behavior towards me as a verified and legitimate user. I request your immediate intervention in this matter as the casino has not only violated basic customer rights, but also failed to adhere to their own terms transparently.
Here is the complete timeline of their ongoing harassment and unjust treatment:
I opened my account on 26 April and started playing after making a deposit.
On 29 April, my account was blocked and verification was requested. I submitted all documents promptly.
After nearly 5 days, my account was verified, and I resumed playing.
On 3 May, they again blocked my account without valid reason and began a cycle of demanding 12–15 different types of documents over the next several weeks.
Each request was followed by 5–6 days of silence before asking for more paperwork—this continued until 10 June.
On 11 June, after I submitted a complaint to CasinoGuru, my account was reopened.
I resumed playing, only for them to again block my account on 25 June, demanding a bank statement.
After submitting the statement, my account was reopened within 2 days.
However, on 7 July, they blocked my access to live casino without providing a valid reason. All requests for clarification were ignored.
I started playing slots and RNG games instead. Then on 22 July, they disabled all gaming options and informed me that I would no longer be able to play on their platform.
I was told to withdraw my funds. But while withdrawing, I noticed they charged an unfair 25% fee citing wagering conditions — despite not giving me a fair chance to complete those conditions due to repeated account restrictions.
Finally, after I agreed to this unfair deduction and processed the withdrawal, they blocked my account completely within 8 hours, and refused to release the remaining $320, falsely accusing me of violating terms and conditions — without stating exactly which rule I allegedly broke.
I have verified my account multiple times. I have never abused bonuses, nor have I used any bots, multi-accounts, or irregular betting patterns. I was playing transparently and fairly, even suffering several losses.
The pattern of behavior from Pin-Up Casino is deeply unethical and borderline fraudulent:

Intentional delay tactics using excessive document demands
Restricting access mid-wagering
Refusing to release legitimate winnings
Misusing vague "terms violation" claims to confiscate user funds
