2.) Ponovo kontaktiram Live Chat jer na mejlove ne odgovaraju i kada odgovore ne govore ništa o situaciji, samo odgovaraju isti copi paste odgovori!
1. agent) Udvostručio je proveru o mom povlačenju i rekao mi je da je već provereno i pregledano i da će biti poslato i verovatno danas (ponedeljak 28. aprila)! Moram da napomenem i jednu stvar da su mi u mejlu koji sam dobio rekli da je u početku postojao problem sa procesom od mog provajdera i da rade na tome da ga poprave! A agent mi je rekao na live chat-u da postoji tehnički problem kod njih u odeljenju finansija i da je to uzrok kašnjenja! Za mene su to samo izgovori!
2. agent) Ponovo kontaktiram samo da vidim da li ću da čujem različite stvari, ali on je rekao istu stvar nakon što je proverio račun i pitao sam 3 puta kod istog agenta da li je provereno da li je odobreno i da li je uzeo zeleno svetlo za slanje u moju banku i odgovorio mi je Da Aleksandre!
Pa sam mi rekao, hmm, možda je vreme i sve je ok!
Ponovo kontaktiram sa Live Chat 3. agentom i pogodim.. Rekao sam mu šta su mi rekli prethodni agenti i nakon što je proverio rekao je da ne zna gde nalaze te informacije, ali još uvek obrađuju povlačenje i slične stvari!
4. agent: Bilo je nepristojno što sam mi rekao da nigde ne obećavaju vremenski okvir za svoja povlačenja i moram da imam više strpljenja da ih obradimo i uz grubo mi je rekao „da li si primetio da još uvek nije radni dan? (Kontaktiram ga 4 sata pre jutra!) Imam sva ova ćaskanja na svom imejlu i poslednjem na kojem je on pričao lajkovao 1 sekundu sam na ćaskanju! Momci, mislim da morate da preduzmete neke mere jer oni misle da mogu da se igraju sa narodnim novcem, a ovo je protivzakonito i mislim da varaju ljude i pokušavaju da ne daju novac koji ljudi dobijaju!

2nd) I contact Live Chat again because on the emails they are not respond and when they respond they say nothing about the situation only the same copy paste answers!
1st agent) He doubled checked about my withdrawal and he told me that its already checked and reviewed and its about to be sent and propably today (Monday 28th of April)! I have to mention 1 thing too that on the mail i got they told me that there was a proccess problem from my provider at first and they are working to fix it! And the agent told me on Live chat that there was a tech issue on them on the finance department and that is causes the delays! For me its just excuses!
2nd agent) I contact again just to see if im gonna hear different things but he said the same thing after checking the account and im asked 3 times on the same agent if its checked if its approved and if has take the green light for sending to my bank and answer me Yes Alexandros!
So i said to me, hmm maybe its the time and all ok!
I conctact again the Live Chat 3rd agent and guess.. I told him about what previous agents told me and after he checked he said that he dont know where they find these informations but are still proccessing the withdrawal and such things!
4th Agent: It was rude with me telling me that they dont promise anywhere timeframe about their withdrawals and i need to have more patience to be proccesed and with rude told me "did you notice that its not a bussiness day still? (i contact him 4am before morning!) I have all these chats on my email and the last on i have screenshots because he talked like that alone in 10 seconds and he terminate the live chat! Guys i think you need to take some actions because they think that they can play with peoples money and this is illegal and i think they are scamming people and trying not to give the money that people wins!
