Obavestio sam kazino da želim da se samoisključim na neodređeno vreme 2022. godine, nakon telefonskog poziva VIP menadžera u vezi sa razlogom zašto više ne pristupam sajtu. Rekao sam mu da je u tom trenutku to zbog problema sa kockanjem. Onda mi je savetovao da jednostavno pošaljem imejl na [ime korisnika] sa zahtevom za samoisključenje na neodređeno vreme, bez pominjanja konkretne formulacije, samo da želim da se isključim na neodređeno vreme.
Iskreno, nisam imao pojma kako se nalog ponovo otvara, sigurno nisam ja to inicirao. Jednostavno sam počeo da dobijam promotivne ponude u martu 2025. godine, a zatim sam pokušao da se prijavim na sajt i to mi je bilo dozvoljeno. Nisam primao nikakvu prepisku niti promotivne ponude do marta 2025. godine. Nisu mi dostavljeni nikakvi detalji o tome zašto je samoisključenje ukinuto, jer svakako nije trebalo da bude.

I had advised the casino I wanted to self-exclude for an indefinite period in 2022 after a phone call from the VIP manager as to why I was I no longer accessing the site I advised at this point it was due to problem gambling. He had then advised me to simply send an email to requesting indefinite self exclusion no mention of specific wording just I wanted to exclude for an indefinite period.
I had no idea how the account was reopening to be honest it certainly was not initiated by me. I simply started to recieve promotional offers in March 2025 and then attempted to sign into the site and it allowed me. I had not received any correspondence or promotional until 03/2025. I have not been provided any details as to why the self exclusion was lifted as it certainly shouldn't have been.
