I requested a withdrawal from Casino Qbet with an original value of €1,140. This withdrawal was to be made in the form of XRP (Ripple) to my Binance wallet. At the exchange rate at the time, this corresponded to an amount of 2,050.232,558 XRP.

Although Qbet confirmed the withdrawal as successful several times, the amount never arrived in my wallet. After a lengthy discussion with support and my own research, it turned out that the casino had either not specified a destination tag or had specified an incorrect one for the withdrawal. However, for XRP transactions, this tag is mandatory for a payment to be correctly assigned.

Since Binance could not identify the payment receipt without a destination tag, the transaction was automatically rejected and returned to the sender, Qbet, four days later.

The problem:

For a long time, Qbet claimed the withdrawal had been successful and referred me to Binance several times. Binance, in turn, initially refused to provide any information because I was not the sender of the transaction. Nevertheless, I tried to mediate between the two parties for weeks and months, but was constantly sent in circles without a solution.

Only much later, after repeated and persistent inquiries, did Binance confirm in writing that the XRP had been returned to the sender. I forwarded this confirmation to Qbet support.

Since then, I haven't received any feedback.

Although automated messages promise me a response within 24–48 hours, I've been waiting for several days now without any response. What's particularly irritating is that Qbet support has always responded quickly and reliably to other inquiries in the past. It seems to me as if the issue is now being deliberately ignored since I submitted the receipt for the refund.

Additionally, I have fully documented all my wallet entries and transactions – which clearly show that the XRP never reached me.

I've been waiting for this payout for almost a year now, and the amount has since increased significantly in value. This makes it all the more frustrating that my 2050,232,558 XRP haven't been credited to me yet, even though the error is demonstrably the casino's.

I therefore expressly request the immediate payment of the XRP to which I am entitled.

Ich habe beim Casino Qbet eine Auszahlung im ursprünglichen Wert von 1140 € beantragt. Diese Auszahlung sollte in Form von XRP (Ripple) auf meine Wallet bei Binance erfolgen. Zum damaligen Kurs entsprach das einem Betrag von 2050.232558 XRP.

Obwohl mir Qbet die Auszahlung mehrfach als erfolgreich bestätigt hat, ist der Betrag nie auf meiner Wallet angekommen. Nach längerem Austausch mit dem Support und eigener Recherche stellte sich heraus, dass das Casino bei der Auszahlung entweder keinen oder einen fehlerhaften Destination Tag angegeben hatte. Bei XRP-Transaktionen ist dieser Tag jedoch zwingend erforderlich, damit eine Zahlung korrekt zugeordnet werden kann.

Da Binance den Zahlungseingang ohne Destination Tag nicht zuordnen konnte, wurde die Transaktion automatisch abgelehnt und vier Tage später an den Absender, also Qbet zurückgesendet.

Das Problem:

Qbet behauptete lange Zeit, die Auszahlung sei erfolgreich erfolgt und verwies mich mehrfach an Binance. Binance wiederum verweigerte mir zunächst jegliche Auskunft, da ich nicht der Absender der Transaktion war. Ich habe dennoch über Wochen und Monate hinweg versucht, zwischen beiden Parteien zu vermitteln, wurde jedoch ständig im Kreis geschickt, ohne eine Lösung.

Erst viel später, nach erneuter und hartnäckiger Nachfrage, hat mir Binance schriftlich bestätigt, dass die XRP wieder an den Absender zurücküberwiesen wurden. Diesen Nachweis habe ich an den Support von Qbet weitergeleitet.

Seitdem bekomme ich keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr.

Obwohl mir in automatisierten Nachrichten eine Antwort innerhalb von 24–48 Stunden zugesichert wird, warte ich nun bereits mehrere Tage, ohne jegliche Reaktion. Besonders irritierend ist, dass der Qbet-Support in der Vergangenheit bei anderen Anfragen immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert hat. Es wirkt für mich, als würde das Thema nun bewusst ignoriert, seitdem ich den Beleg über die Rückzahlung eingereicht habe.

Zusätzlich habe ich alle meine Wallet-Eingänge und Transaktionen vollständig dokumentiert – aus denen klar hervorgeht, dass die XRP nie bei mir angekommen sind.

Ich warte nun seit fast einem Jahr auf diese Auszahlung, deren Betrag inzwischen erheblich im Wert gestiegen ist. Gerade deshalb ist es für mich umso ärgerlicher, dass mir meine 2050.232558 XRP bis heute nicht gutgeschrieben wurden, obwohl der Fehler nachweislich beim Casino liegt.

Ich fordere daher ausdrücklich die sofortige Auszahlung der mir zustehenden XRP.

– in the second, the confirmation from Binance that the amount was refunded to Qbet due to a missing destination tag.

I received a transaction ID from the casino, and the first withdrawal confirmation is dated August 8, 2024.

The payment was also initiated on August 8, 2024.

– in der zweiten die Bestätigung von Binance, dass der Betrag aufgrund eines fehlenden Destination Tags an Qbet zurückerstattet wurde.

Ich habe vom Casino eine Transaktions-ID erhalten, und die erste Bestätigung der Auszahlung stammt vom 08.08.2024.

Eingeleitet wurde die Auszahlung meinerseits ebenfalls am 08.08.2024.
