Opis žalbe:
Podnosim ovu formalnu tužbu protiv Rabone zbog njihovog flagrantnog nepoštovanja odgovornog kockanja, sistemskog nepoštovanja samoisključenja i predatorskih finansijskih praksi.
1. Nesprovođenje samoisključenja: Kao što je prikazano na IMG_3698.png i IMG_3699.png, eksplicitno sam zatražio trajno zatvaranje naloga zbog problema sa kockanjem 31. jula 2025. Uprkos mojim hitnim molbama, operaterov „VIP menadžer" je pokušao da me manipuliše da zadržim nalog otvorenim, ignorišući moju navedenu potrebu za zaštitom i profesionalnu dužnost brige.
2. Predatorsko zadržavanje sredstava: Pored ignorisanja mojih zahteva za samoisključenje, Rabona je blokirala moje isplate više od 15 dana bez valjanog opravdanja. Ovo je jasna taktika odlaganja isplata i prisiljavanja igrača da nastavi sa kockanjem.
3. Obrazac eksploatacije: Tokom mojih interakcija sa Rabonom, izgubio sam približno 30.000 € (potencijalno više). Operator mi je svesno dozvolio da nastavim da uplaćujem i gubim sredstva uprkos mojim jasnim zahtevima za zatvaranje. Njihov pristup „VIP" statusu je predatorski, osmišljen isključivo da eksploatiše igrače u nevolji.
Moj zahtev: S obzirom na grubu nepažnju operatera i njihovo odbijanje da poštuju samoisključenje:
Zahtevam potpuni povraćaj svih uplaćenih depozita, u ukupnom iznosu od najmanje 30.000 €.
Otvoren sam za razgovor o razumnom poravnanju kako bi se ovo pitanje odmah rešilo.
Molim vas da imate u vidu da, ako se ovo pitanje ne reši zadovoljavajuće putem AskGamblers-a, spreman sam da ovu žalbu prosledim nadležnim regulatornim organima i pokrenem formalni sudski postupak protiv Rabone, što će rezultirati znatno većim troškovima i pravnom kontrolom za vašu kompaniju. I am filing this formal complaint against Rabonadue to their flagrant disregard for responsible gambling, systemic failure to honor self-exclusion, and predatory financial practices.
1. Failure to Enforce Self-Exclusion: As shown in IMG_3698.png and IMG_3699.png, I explicitly requested permanent account closure due to gambling problems on July 31, 2025. Despite my urgent pleas, the operator’s "VIP Manager" attempted to manipulate me into keeping the account open, ignoring my stated need for protection and professional duty of care.
2. Predatory Withholding of Funds: In addition to ignoring my self-exclusion requests, Rabonahas blocked my withdrawals for over 15 days without valid justification. This is a clear tactic to delay payments and force the player to continue gambling.
3. Pattern of Exploitation: Across my interactions with Rabona, I have lost approximately 30,000 € (potentially more). The operator knowingly allowed me to continue depositing and losing funds despite my clear requests for closure. Their approach to "VIP" status is predatory, designed solely to exploit players in distress.
My Request: Given the operator’s gross negligence and their refusal to honor self-exclusion:
I demand a full refund of all deposits made, totaling at least 30,000 €.
I am open to discussing a reasonable settlement to resolve this matter immediately.
Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily through AskGamblers, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and initiate formal legal proceedings against Rabona, which will result in significantly higher costs and legal scrutiny for your company. I have extensive additional email evidence to support my claim.
