Registrovao sam se na Raboni da isprobam njihovu platformu za sportsko klađenje. Uplatio sam 200 evra, dobio bonus za novog korisnika od dodatnih 200 evra. Iz nekog razloga, početni bonus je bio za kazino (što nisam tražio) umesto za sport, ali nakon razgovora sa podrškom problem je brzo rešen i sportski bonus je pravilno dodeljen (a kazino bonus uklonjen).
Posle nekog vremena sam ispunio uslove za prenos bonusa i čak osvojio nešto dodatnog novca.
Pokušao/la sam da povučem novac od 11. avgusta, ali svi zahtevi za povlačenje koje sam podneo/la su i dalje zaglavljeni sa statusom „u pregledu".

Zahtevano je da se sredstva isplate putem bankovnog transfera. Kasnije sam otkazao treći zahtev, prvobitno podnet 14.08., za slanje novog zahteva za isplatu putem kreditne kartice, jer sam izvršio samo jedan depozit na njihovom sajtu koristeći istu kreditnu karticu.

Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla u vezi sa kašnjenjem u plaćanjima, ali odgovori nikada nisu bili od pomoći (i verovatno su generisani veštačkom inteligencijom zbog doslovno identičnih odgovora).
Uvek su mi govorili da je sve u redu i da će novac „uskoro" stići. Sada, skoro mesec dana kasnije, novca još uvek nema, a izgovori koje Rabona izmišlja su i dalje isti.
Kad god sam pitao u čemu je problem sa mojim povlačenjima, rečeno mi je da nema problema, samo malo... kašnjenje.
Moj nalog nije verifikovan, ali mi nije moguće da ga verifikujem jer Rabona odbija da razgovara o problemu (piše „verifikacija nije potrebna" i kad god direktno zatražim od podrške da verifikuje moj nalog, odgovor je da verifikacija trenutno nije potrebna).
Koliko dugo još treba da čekam na sajtu koji ponosno tvrdi da obrađuje isplate u roku od 3 radna dana? Imam osećaj da me namerno usporavaju.
I signed up at Rabona to give their sports betting platform a try. Deposited €200, got a new customer bonus of another €200. For some reason the initial bonus was for casino (which I had not requested) instead of sports but after a chat with support the issue was quickly fixed and the sports bonus properly credited (and the casino bonus removed).
After some time I had completed the rollover requirements of the bonus and even won some extra money.
I tried to withdraw from August 11th but all withdrawal requests I made are still stuck on "under review".

These were requested as bank transfer. I later cancelled a 3rd request initally made on 14/08 to submit a new withdrawal request via credit card because I only made a single deposit at their site using the same credit card.

I contacted support multiple times via live chat and email about the delayed payments but answers were never helpful (and probably AI-generated because of word-for-word identical replies).
I was always told that everything was in order and that the money would "soon" arrive. Now, almost a month later, the money still is not there yet the excuses made up by Rabona are still the same.
Whenever I asked what the problem was with my withdrawals I was told there were no problems, just a little... delay.
My account is not verified, but it is not possible for me to verify my account because Rabona refuses to discuss the issue (it says "verification not required" and whenever I ask support directly to verify my account the answer is that verification is not needed at the moment).
How much longer am I supposed to wait on a site that proudly claims to process withdrawals within 3 business days? I got the feeling that I am deliberately slow-walked.
