Želeo bih da pojasnim da je iznos uspešno skinut sa mog bankovnog računa, ali nije uplaćen na moj kazino račun, niti je vraćen u moju banku. Ovo potvrđuje da je transakcija završena sa moje strane.
Već sam kontaktirao/la svog dobavljača plaćanja i dostavio/la sve potrebne podatke, uključujući i izvod iz banke, koji pokazuje uspešno zaduženje. Uprkos tome, ne dobijam nikakvo konkretno rešenje, a proces traje neobično dugo.
Pošto su sredstva napustila moj bankovni račun, ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u koordinaciji sa kazinom/provajderom plaćanja kako bi se osiguralo da se problem pravilno ispita i reši. Čekanje do mesec dana je izuzetno teško, jer mi je taj iznos važan.
Obaveštavaću vas o svakom napretku od strane dobavljača plaćanja, ali iskreno molim za svaku dodatnu podršku koju možete pružiti sa vaše strane kako biste ubrzali rešavanje.

Thank you for your response and for keeping my complaint open.
I would like to clarify that the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my casino account, nor has it been refunded back to my bank. This confirms that the transaction was completed from my side.
I have already contacted my payment provider and submitted all the required details, including my bank statement, showing the successful debit. Despite this, I am not receiving any concrete resolution, and the process is taking an unusually long time.
Since the funds have left my bank account, I kindly request your assistance in coordinating with the casino/payment provider to ensure the issue is properly investigated and resolved. Waiting for up to a month is extremely difficult, as this amount is important to me.
I will keep you updated on any progress from the payment provider, but I sincerely request any additional support you can provide from your side to help speed up the resolution.
