Ova žalba na Radžabets, moj identitet je u potpunosti verifikovan, sve je išlo u redu do 30. marta. 31. marta traže šestomesečne izvode iz dva bankovna računa koje sam otpremio 1. aprila, od 1. oktobra 2025. do 31. marta 2026. godine, ali od tada je njihov tim za poštu odgovorio samo jednom. Njihova čet podrška nema ovlašćenje za razgovor sa odeljenjem za rizik.
U uslovima korišćenja pominju da se dokumenti mogu direktno otpremiti na platformu ili putem Jumio-a, tamošnjeg alata za verifikaciju treće strane, ali do 14 dana sam pitao, prema vašim uslovima, mogu da otpremim putem Jumio-a, trajaće jedva 10 minuta, ali nema odgovora, izgleda kao da to rade namerno, pa vas molim da mi pomognete oko toga.

In terms and conditions they mentioned documents can be directly upload on plateform or via jumio there third party verification tool but till 14 days I asked according to your terms I can upload via jumio it will take hardly 10 min but no response seems like they are doing intentionally so please help me with that
