Podnosim ovu žalbu jer Rollbit neopravdano zadržava moj novac i optužuje me za nešto što nisam uradio.
Pre nekoliko dana, zatražio sam svoje prvo povlačenje od 282 dolara. Moj trenutni ukupni saldo je 782 dolara, koji sam akumulirao kroz razne opklade (neke su pobedile, neke izgubile, a neke refundirale) nakon što sam ukupno deponovao preko 800 dolara.
Završio sam ceo proces verifikacije nivoa 3, uključujući interaktivni selfi, proveru lične karte i sve potrebne korake. Međutim, nakon što je zatražio povlačenje, tim za podršku je počeo da insistira da navedem druge naloge koji su navodno povezani sa mojim. Od početka sam jasno stavio do znanja da je ovo moj jedini Rollbit nalog, nemam nijedan drugi, i spreman sam da u potpunosti sarađujem da to razjasnim.
Uprkos tome, stalno me pritiskaju da priznam da imam više naloga i poriču povlačenje opštim odgovorima poput: „Ne možemo nastaviti dok ne budete iskreni i ne sarađujete." Čini mi se kao da me pokušavaju naterati da priznam nešto što jednostavno nije istina.
Bio sam potpuno transparentan, verifikovao sam svoj identitet i pratio sva pravila platforme. Nepravedno je i neprihvatljivo da oni blokiraju pristup mojim sredstvima bez pružanja bilo kakvih stvarnih dokaza ili jasnog objašnjenja.
Nakon nekog istraživanja, video sam da su drugi korisnici iskusili slične probleme sa Rollbitom, što izaziva dodatnu zabrinutost. Zato se obraćam Casino Guruu, u nadi da ćete moći da budete posrednik i da mi pomognete da povratim ono što mi s pravom pripada.

I’m submitting this complaint because Rollbit is withholding my money without justification and accusing me of something I haven’t done.
A few days ago, I requested my first withdrawal of $282. My current total balance is $782, which I’ve accumulated through various bets (some won, some lost, and some refunded) after depositing over $800 in total.
I have completed the entire Level 3 verification process, including interactive selfie, ID check, and all required steps. However, after requesting the withdrawal, the support team started insisting that I list other accounts allegedly linked to mine. I have made it clear from the beginning that this is my only Rollbit account, I do not have any others, and I am willing to cooperate fully to clarify this.
Despite that, they keep pressuring me to admit to having multiple accounts, and are denying the withdrawal with generic responses like: "We cannot proceed until you are truthful and cooperate." It feels like they are trying to push me to admit something that simply isn’t true.
I’ve been completely transparent, verified my identity, and followed all platform rules. It is unfair and unacceptable that they are blocking access to my funds without providing any real evidence or clear explanation.
After doing some research, I’ve seen that other users have experienced similar issues with Rollbit, which raises further concern. That’s why I’m turning to Casino Guru, hoping you can act as a mediator and help me recover what rightfully belongs to me.
