Podnosim žalbu protiv Roman Casino-a. Moj nalog je nedavno zatvoren „administrativnom odlukom" bez ikakve prethodne najave ili navođenja konkretnog razloga. Štaviše, kazino je konfiskovao moja sredstva, pozivajući se na opštu klauzulu o uslovima i odredbama koja im dozvoljava da zatvore naloge po sopstvenom nahođenju.
Smatram da je oduzimanje mojih sredstava bez pružanja ikakvog dokaza o nezakonitosti nepoštena praksa. Kontaktirao sam njihovu podršku tražeći tačne dokaze za zatvaranje i vraćanje mog stanja, ali sam dobio samo generički šablon odgovora u kojem se odbija moj zahtev i navodi da se uplaćeni iznosi ne mogu vratiti.
Nisam prekršio nikakve uslove koji bi opravdali krađu mojih sredstava. Molim vas za pomoć u vraćanju mog novca, jer kazino odbija da sarađuje, obezbedi transparentnost ili me uputi na nezavisnu službu za alternativno rešavanje sporova.

I am filing a complaint against Roman Casino. My account was recently closed per an "administrative decision" without any prior notice or specific reason provided. Furthermore, the casino confiscated my funds, citing a general T&C clause that allows them to close accounts at their discretion.
I consider the confiscation of my funds without providing any proof of wrongdoing to be an unfair practice. I contacted their support requesting the exact evidence for the closure and the return of my balance, but I only received a generic template response refusing my request and stating that deposited amounts cannot be refunded.
I have not breached any terms that would justify the theft of my funds. I am asking for your assistance in recovering my money, as the casino refuses to cooperate, provide transparency, or direct me to an independent ADR service.
