Da, kontaktirao sam ih, i putem ćaskanja i imejla. Imam kopije imejlova, ali nažalost ne i ćaskanja jer nisam napravio snimke ekrana i nikada mi nije poslata kopija razgovora putem imejla.
Kontaktirao sam ih preko ćaskanja na ove datume: 16.10.2025, 17.10.2025, 19.10.2025 i 20.10.2025.
i kontaktirani putem imejla u datumima: 20.10.2025. 21.10.2025. I to je bio kontakt njihove imejl adrese za podršku i njihove imejl adrese za žalbe.
Uplatio sam novac samo jednom metodom, a to je bila Viza.
Probao sam povlačenje novca putem bankovnog transfera i povlačenje kriptovaluta. Rečeno mi je da je povlačenje kriptovaluta nakon bankovnog transfera dva puta odbijeno, a zatim je i to odbijeno, zato što mi je rečeno da se ne poklapa sa načinom depozita.
i ne, nisam imao/la uspešnih isplata u kazinu. Ovo je prvi put da pokušavam da isplatim novac i nisam imao/la sreće. Imajte na umu da je prvi početni datum za ovo bio 16.10.2025.
Yes I did contact them, I did so through both chat and email. I have copy’s of the emails but not the chats unfortunately as I didn’t screenshot them and I was never emailed a copy of the chat conversation.

I’ve only deposited the using the one method which was visa.
I tried bank transfer withdrawal method and crypto withdrawal method. I was told that the crypto withdrawal after the bank transfer withdrawal method was rejected twice and then that was also rejected which I was informed was due to it didn’t match deposit method.
and no I haven’t had any successful withdrawals with the casino. This is the first time trying to withdrawal and no such luck. Keep in mind that the first initial date for this was the 16/10/2025
