Samo sam hteo da prijavim nešto što se i meni dogodilo sa SlotsPalace-om. 28. maja sam im poslao imejl tražeći da trajno izbrišu moj nalog zbog problema sa kockanjem. Jasno sam rekao da ne želim da ga ponovo otvorim ili ponovo napravim novi.
Odgovorili su tek 2. juna, a tokom tih dana račun je još uvek bio otvoren — na kraju sam uplatio i izgubio još novca u tom periodu.
Štaviše, 2. juna sam otišao na njihov ćaskanje uživo (u trenutku slabosti) i odmah su mi ponovo aktivirali nalog, iako sam samo nekoliko dana ranije tražio trajnu blokadu. Nažalost, kada ne možete da se kontrolišete, pomaže kada je nalog blokiran i ne možete da igrate - ne možete da izgubite.
Mogu da pošaljem snimak ekrana originalnog imejla kao dokaz. Nažalost, nemam transkript ćaskanja, ali bi trebalo.
Nisam siguran da li je moguć povraćaj novca za ono što sam izgubio između 28. maja i 2. juna, ali bih cenio vaše mišljenje o ovome.

just wanted to report something that happened to me also with SlotsPalace. On May 28th I sent them an email asking to permanently delete my account because of gambling problems. I clearly said I don’t want to be able to reopen it or create a new one again.
They only replied on June 2nd, and during those days the account was still open — I ended up depositing and losing more money in that time.
What’s even worse, on June 2nd I went to their live chat (in a moment of weakness) and they reactivated my account right away, even though I had asked for a permanent block just days earlier. Unfortunately when you cannot control yourself, it helps when account is blocked and you can't play - you can't lose.
I can send a screenshot of my original email as proof. I don’t have the chat transcript unfortunately, but they should.
Not sure if a refund is possible for what I lost between May 28 and June 2, but I’d appreciate your opinion on this.
