Juče, 18. septembra 2025. godine, zatražio sam povraćaj novca preko kazina, igrao sam kroz uslove klađenja i započeo isplatu od 100 evra.
Sinoć, 18. uveče, shvatio sam da sam odjavljen sa svog naloga i da više ne mogu da mu pristupim.
Koristio sam standardnu funkciju resetovanja lozinke više puta, ali to nije funkcionisalo, pa sam kontaktirao podršku putem e-pošte da vidim u čemu je problem.
Jutros sam dobio imejl od Snatch Support-a u kojem mi je rečeno da je administratorski tim zatvorio moj nalog bez mogućnosti ponovnog otvaranja.
Nije naveden razlog za zatvaranje niti je bilo reči o sredstvima koja sam osvojio i za koja sam tražio da ih povučem.
Odgovorio sam sa pitanjem o zatvaranju računa i o isplati sredstava koje sam imao na čekanju.
Nažalost, ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu da bih napravio snimke ekrana.
Ovo je druga žalba koju sam podneo ovom kazinu za mesec dana, obe su se zasnivale na povlačenju novca, samo što su ovog puta, prema imejlu, zatvorili moj nalog.
U ovom trenutku, čak ni ne želim da mi se nalog ponovo otvori, samo da se obradi isplata i naći ću drugi kazino za igru.

Yesterday on the 18th September 2025 i claimed my cashback via the casino played through the wagering requiremenrs and started a wothdrawal of €100.
Yesterday evening of the 18th, i realised i had been logged out of my account and could no longer access.
I used the standard password reset function multiple times but this did not work so i reached out to support via email to see what the issue was.
This morning, i have had an email from Snatch Support in response telling me my account has been closed by the admin team with no chance of reopening.
There was no reason for the closure given and no word regarding the funds i won and had requested to withdraw.
I have responded asking about both the account closure and the withdrawal i had pending.
Unfortunately, i cant access my account to provide screenshots.
This is the second conplaint i have raised with this casino in a month,both based around withdrawal only this time, according to the email, they have closed my account.
At this point, i dont even want my account reopened, just my withdrawal processed and ill find another casino to play at.
