Hvala vam što ste nas kontaktirali u vezi sa zabrinutošću igrača. Trenutno vidimo da je igrač podneo standardni zahtev za zatvaranje naloga u maju, koji je obradilo nadležno odeljenje. Nažalost, zbog velikog broja zahteva, odgovori mogu povremeno biti malo odloženi. U tim slučajevima, savetovali smo igrača o mogućnosti da privremeno potpuno ograniči pristup veb stranici sa svog naloga, dok se ne potvrdi odgovor od Snatch-a i potpuno zatvaranje.
Igrač je dobio odgovor putem naše e-pošte 27. maja i odlučio je da ne zatvori svoj nalog, već je iskoristio podsticaj koji je obezbedio tim. Stoga, nismo mogli da zatvorimo njegov nalog na taj zahtev jer nismo dobili potvrdu od igrača.
Želimo da napomenemo da smo ranije podnosili slične upite koje igrač takođe nije potvrdio. Dodatni materijali su dostavljeni Kazino Guruu putem e-pošte.
Želimo da pitamo igrača da li želi da potvrdi zatvaranje svog naloga u ovom trenutku i da li bi ovaj put odbio ponudu datu putem e-pošte? Alternativno, ako igrač pati od bilo kakve zavisnosti, ljubazno ga molimo da to potvrdi, jer do sada nismo dobili nikakvu naznaku o tome od igrača.

Thank you for contacting us regarding player's concern. At the moment, we can see that the player has made a standard account closure request in May, which was processed by the relevant department. Unfortunately, due to a volume of requests, responses may be slightly delayed from time to time. In this cases, we have advised the player of the possibility to temporary fully restrict their access to the website from their account, until the reply from Snatch and full closure can be confirmed.
The player has received a reply via email from us on May 27th and chose not to close their account, instead opting for the incentive provided by the team. As such, we could not close their account on that request as we did not receive a confirmation from the player.
We wish to note that previously we have requested similar inquiries which have also not been confirmed by the player. Additional materials have been provided to Casino Guru via email.
We wish to inquire with the player that they would like to confirm their account closure at this time and decline the offer made via email this time? Alternatively, if the player suffers from any sort of addiction, we kindly ask them to confirm it, as we have not received any indication of it from the player by now.
