Uplatio sam 300 eura sa 200% bonusa na depozit, nakon što sam odigrao oko 100-150 eura, ostvario sam veliku dobit na Pirate Bonanza (imam snimak ekrana te dobitke koji pokazuje moje stanje u tom trenutku). Zatim sam otkazao svoj nelepljivi bonus jer sam to prethodno potvrdio sa svojim agentom za podršku, i onda je ostao samo gotovinski balans. Isplatio sam ga do 1800 eura jer imaju ograničenja od 900 eura po transakciji, pa sam napravio 2 isplate od po 900 eura, jedna je bila 30. marta, a sledećeg dana je bila na mom bankovnom računu, pa sam čekao da se obradi drugih 900 eura, ali je otkazano sledećeg dana i katastrofa je počela... Od tada NISAM DOBIO NIKAKVE INFORMACIJE o tome šta se dešava, bio sam izgubljen u mraku čekajući neki odgovor od njih, ali ništa, samo sam čekao da se pregled završi, misleći da ne može biti duže od 4-5 radnih dana, zar ne? POGREŠNO!!!! Više od 50 dana i još uvek traje...
Dakle, kao i mnogi ljudi ovde, nisam mogao da izdržim 1-2 dana, a da ga ne dodirnem, nastavio sam da igram i „slučajno" osvojio velike, par maksimalnih dobitaka, i još neke velike dobitke, bio sam do 14 hiljada, ali sam onda izgubio polovinu, a sada stojim na 7 hiljada i nisam ga dodirnuo već 3 nedelje... Znam da kazina imaju užasne taktike da prolongiraju proces kako bi ljudi nastavili da igraju i nadamo se da će izgubiti novac, tako da se ovog puta, srećom, to nije dogodilo!!!! Posle oko 30 dana opcija za isplatu je ponovo bila AKTIVNA, pretpostavio sam da je pregled završen, hvala Bogu, pa sam napravio 7 isplata od po 1000 eura, čekao sam da vidim šta će se desiti... Naravno, 2-3 dana nakon toga SVE ISPLATE SU OTKAZANE i sada piše „potrebno je da završite KYC verifikaciju", pa mi je jedan od službenika za podršku rekao da pošaljem kopiju pasoša, što sam i uradio pre oko 2 nedelje i još uvek ništa... kao da nisam njihov član već 2-3 godine, VIP član, dobio sam VIP menadžere na svom WhatsApp-u, a sada me i ignorišu, pretpostavljam da ih je sramota i da su umorni od laganja i skrivanja informacija. Zašto su uopšte obradili tih prvih 900 eura, šta se posle desilo, zaista ne razumem....
I dalje mi šalju bonuse i promotivne imejlove da nastavim da igram, čak mi je i moj VIP menadžer rekao nešto poput „imamo neke nove igre koje bi trebalo da isprobaš u međuvremenu, čekaš da se završi recenzija!!! I najvažnije!!!! NIKO MI NIKADA NIJE REKAO DA NE IGRAM DOK JE RECENZIJA TRAJALA!!!! AKO JE BILO ZABRANjENO, ZAŠTO MI RAČUN NIJE ZAMRZNUT, MOGU DA UPLATIM, IGRAM I GUBIM, ALI NE MOGU DA POVUČEM!!!"
Bio sam dan i noć na ćaskanju sa podrškom i mojim VIP menadžerima na WhatsApp-u, dobijam isti odgovor od svih, samo sačekajte da završite, kao 50 dana nije ništa... i čak sam dobio jedno „NISTE JEDINI NA OVOJ PLATFORMI"!!! JUHUUUUUU!!! Toliko o razumevanju kako se igrači osećaju i cenjenju nas kao kupaca...
Imam toliko sačuvanih ćaskanja i snimaka ekrana da vam pokažem, zaista je skandalozno šta rade ljudima sa svim tim automatskim šablonima „razumemo frustraciju, ali molimo vas da budete strpljivi"... Jednostavno sam toliko razočaran njihovim ponašanjem i ostao sam bez reči, pokušavam da ostanem smiren, ali je zaista teško... Može li neko nešto da uradi povodom toga? Ovo ne može biti legalno!!!! POMOĆ!!!

I have made a deposit of 300e with 200% deposit bonus, after around 100e-150e played I got a Big win on Pirate Bonanza (I have screen recording of that win that show’s my balance at that exact moment). Then I cancelled my non-sticky bonus as i confirmed it with my support agent beforehand, and then only cash balance left, I played it out until 1800e because they have limits 900 per transaction so i made 2x withdrawals 900e each, one was thru on 30 of March and next day was in my bank account, so I waited for the second 900 to be processed but it got cancelled the next day and the disaster begins... Since then I got NO INFORMATION about what's going on, I was lost in the dark waiting for some response from them but nothing just waited for the review to be finished, thinking it cant be more then 4-5 workdays right? WRONG!!!! More then 50 days and still going...
So as a many people here, I could not hold 1-2 days without touching it, I continued to play and "accidentally" won big, couple of max wins, and some other big wins I was up to 14k max, but then I lost half and now I'm standing on 7k and not touching it for 3 weeks already... I know casinos have awful tactics to prologue the process so people continue to play and hopefully lose their money, so this time thankfully that didn't happen !!!! After around 30 days the withdrawal option was ALIVE again, I assumed review was over thank god, so I made 7 cash outs of 1000e, was waiting to see what will happen... Of course 2-3 days after ALL WITHDRAWALS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED and now its says " you need to complete KYC verification" so one of the supports told me to send a copy of my passport so I did like 2 weeks ago and still nothing... like I'm not their member since 2-3 years, VIP member, got the VIP managers on my what's app, and they ignore me now too, I guess they are ashamed and tired of lying and hiding information. Why did they process those first 900e at the first place, what happened after that I don't understand really....
They still send me bonuses and promotion mails to continue to play, and even my VIP manager told me something like "we have some new games you should try in the meantime that you are waiting for the review to be finished !!! And most important thing !!!! NO ONE EVER TOLD ME NOT TO PLAY WHILE REVIEW WAS ON !!!! IF IT WAS FORBBIDEN THEN WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT NOT FROZEN, I CAN DEPOSIT AND PLAY AND LOSE BUT CAN'T WITHDRAW !!!
I was day and night on chat with supports and my VIP managers on what's app, i get the same answer from them all, just wait to be finished, like 50!days is nothing... and I even got one "YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE ON THIS PLATFORM" !!! WOOOOOOOOOW !!! So much about understanding how players feel and appreciating us a customers...
I have so many saved chats and screenshots to show you, its really outrageous what are they doing to people with all those "we understand the frustration but please be patient" automatic templates... I'm just so disappointed in their behavior and lost for words, trying to stay calm but its really hard... Can anyone do something about it? This can’t be legal !!!! HELP !!!
