Trenutno sam VIP igrač nivoa 1. Moj nalog je potpuno aktivan. Uspešno sam primio prethodnu isplatu od 500 evra u roku od 3 dana. Međutim, moja sledeća tri uzastopna zahteva za isplatu od po 500 evra, podneta 18., 19. i 20. maja 2026. godine, zaglavljena su u statusu „Na čekanju" 14 kalendarskih dana (10 punih radnih dana). Kontaktirao sam ćaskanje uživo i korisničku podršku putem e-pošte četiri puta. Svaki put, agenti su mi davali generičke, skriptovane odgovore, tražeći od mene da sačekam. Ključno je da su mi eksplicitno potvrdili, i putem ćaskanja i imejla, da moj nalog trenutno NE zahteva nikakvu verifikaciju (KYC). Pošto nema verifikacije u toku i moj nalog je u dobrom stanju, ne postoji apsolutno nikakvo pravno ili tehničko opravdanje za zadržavanje mojih sredstava duže od 3-5 radnih dana navedenih u njihovim uslovima. Verujem da kazino namerno odlaže moje isplate. Molim vas za pomoć da posredujete i pomognete mi da dobijem svoje odobrene dobitke (1.500 evra na čekanju + 7.000 evra preostalog stanja).
