Spinational Casino mi je poslao promotivnu ponudu u kojoj je navodio da ću uz depozit od 20 evra dobiti 200 besplatnih okretaja za igru Reactoonz (Play'n GO). Prihvatio sam ovu ponudu i izvršio potreban depozit. Nakon depozita, bonus se pojavio na mom nalogu, što je potvrdilo da je ponuda prihvaćena.
Međutim:
Reactoonz uopšte nije bio dostupan u kazinu
Nije bilo dostupnih Play'n GO igara
Kazino je jednostrano promenio besplatne okrete u drugu igru (The Angler) nakon depozita, bez mog pristanka.
Ovo nije ponuda na koju sam pristao/la i predstavlja obmanjujuću promociju.
Zatvaranje računa
Kada sam kontaktirao kazino da se požalim na obmanjujući bonus, moj nalog je trajno zatvoren.
Prvo mi je rečeno da je račun zatvoren na moj zahtev, što je netačno.
Kasnije mi je rečeno da je zatvaranje posledica „administrativne odluke", bez ikakvog objašnjenja.
Odbijanje povraćaja novca
Kazino je odbio da mi vrati depozit od 20 evra, pozivajući se na klauzulu 6.6.2 svojih Uslova i odredbi, tvrdeći da povraćaj novca nije moguć nakon što je bonus iskorišćen. Ova klauzula ne bi trebalo da se primenjuje, jer reklamirana bonus igra nikada nije bila dostupna i bonus se nije mogao koristiti pod prvobitno reklamiranim uslovima.

Spinational Casino sent me a promotional offer stating that with a €20 deposit I would receive 200 free spins for the game Reactoonz (Play’n GO). I accepted this offer and made the required deposit. After depositing, the bonus appeared in my account, confirming that the offer was accepted.
However:
Reactoonz was not available on the casino at all
No Play’n GO games were available
The casino unilaterally changed the free spins to a different game (The Angler) after the deposit, without my consent
This is not the offer I agreed to and constitutes a misleading promotion.
Account closure
When I contacted the casino to complain about the misleading bonus, my account was permanently closed.
First, I was told that the account was closed at my request, which is false.
Later, I was told the closure was due to an "administrative decision", with no explanation provided.
Refund refusal
The casino refused to refund my €20 deposit, referring to clause 6.6.2 of their Terms and Conditions, claiming that no refund is possible after a bonus has been used. This clause should not apply, as the advertised bonus game was never available and the bonus could not be used under the original advertised conditions.
