moj nalog je blokiran i još uvek ne znam zašto, pošto kazino odbija da odgovori na moje imejlove...
Nemam drugi nalog. Nisam tražio nikakav bonus i samo sam igrao sa novcem koji sam sam deponovao. Registrovao sam se sa svojim punim imenom, adresom, datumom rođenja itd. Uplatio sam depozite svojom kreditnom karticom koja nosi moje ime i koju sam takođe koristio za registraciju. Nisam profesionalni kockar i obično gubim, a takođe nisam pokazao nikakav obrazac kockanja koji bi mogao da dovede do toga da kazino pomisli da nanosim štetu bilo kojim uslovima i odredbama. U stvari, napravio sam više depozita u ukupnom iznosu od 1000€ i izgubio većinu. Samo sam želeo da verifikujem svoj broj telefona kako bih mogao da podignem svoj ostatak. Međutim, kada sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo jer nisam dobio verifikacioni kod, ćaskanje mi je rečeno da je moj nalog blokiran. Nisu mi naveli nikakve razloge i tražili su da pišem odeljenju za blokiranje koji mogu da mi pomognu. Poslao sam im dva mejla prošle srede ujutru i zamolili su me da dam pasoš i izvode iz banke o mojim transakcijama, što sam odmah i učinio, ali nakon toga još uvek nisam dobio odgovor. Međutim, i dalje mi šalju biltene i bonus ponude... Bio bih vam veoma zahvalan ako biste mi pomogli, jer postajem očajan i nestrpljiv, jer imam utisak da je kazino samo prevara.

my account was blocked and I still don't know why, as the casino refuses to answer my emails...
I don't have a second account. I did not claim any bonus and just played with the money that I deposited myself. I registered with my full name, address, date of birth etc. I made the deposits with my own credit card that goes by my own name which I also used for registration. I am no professional gambler and usually lose and I didn't also show any gambling pattern that might lead to the casino thinking that I am harming any T&Cs. In fact, I made multiple deposits in total 1000€ and lost the majority. I just wanted to verify my phone number so that I can withdraw my rest balance. However, when I contacted the live chat due to not receiving the verification code, the live chat told me that my account has been blocked. They did not give me any reasons and asked me to write to block department who can help me. I have sent them two emails on last Wednesday morning and they asked me to provide my passport and bank statements of my transactions, which I did immediately, yet I still did not receive an answer after that. However, they still keep sending me newsletters and bonus offers... I would really appreciate it, if you could help me here, as I am getting desperate and impatient, because I get the impression that the casino is just a scam.
