Žao mi je što moram da kažem, ali ovo je tako jadna usluga koju sam ikada video. Već sam vam poslao imejl sa potrebnim dokumentima ujutru, jeste li to proverili? Ovaj problem nije rešen više od pola godine i problem je što se stalno vrtimo u isti krug bez ikakvog rešenja. Veoma cenim što kazino guru ne naplaćuje ništa za ovo, ali možete li zamisliti koliko stresna ova jednostavna stvar sada postaje.
Prvo, zatvorili ste žalbu kada spinbeter nije uspeo da dostavi potrebna dokumenta, a onda su vam odjednom došli, a vi ste ponovo otvorili zahtev, ali i dalje nije rešen.
Nisam protiv toga što nije rešeno, ali pristup koji sledite je potpuno pogrešan i oduzima vreme, zato se vrtimo u isti krug.
Spinbetter kazino tvrdi da su vratili novac na igrački račun, samo sam pitao za datum i vreme kada će taj iznos vratiti na igrački račun.
Veoma sam razočaran uslugama do sada. Molim vas da uvek proverite svoju e-poštu pre nego što odgovorite ovde jer sam vam već poslao potrebna dokumenta koja ste tražili putem e-pošte.
Nadam se da će se ovo uskoro rešiti!

I am sorry to say but this is such a pathetic service i have ever seen. I have already email you required documents in morning, have you check that. This issue is not resolved over more than half year and the problem is we are running into the same circle without any resolution. I totally appreciate that casino guru is not charging anything for this but can you imagine that how stressful this simple thing is becoming now.
First of all you closed the complaint when the spinbetter fails to provide required documents and suddenly they came to you and you reopened the ticket again and still unresolved.
I am not against that it is not resolved but the approach you are following is totally wrong and time taking thats why we are running into the same circle.
Spinbetter casino claims that they refunded the money in gaming account, i simply asked the date and time when they credit that amount back in gaming account.
Very disappointed with the services till now. Please check your email always before replying here as i already sent required documents that you asked over email.
