Mnogo puta ste potvrdili da ste otpremili tražene dokumente, ali se ispostavilo da kazino od vas nema ažuriranja. Ni ja od vas nisam dobio nikakvu dokumentaciju. Nažalost, ne mogu da držim ovu žalbu otvorenu tako dugo jer nisam siguran da li vam treba naša pomoć.
Zbog gore navedenih razloga, ova žalba će sada biti odbijena, ali možete zatražiti ponovno otvaranje predmeta ako vam je i dalje potrebna pomoć.

Dear matiasb, your issue has been ongoing for a few months but it seems you haven't been cooperating. Many times you confirmed uploading the requested documents, but it turned out the casino had no updates from you. I haven't received any documentation from you either. Unfortunately, I cannot keep this complaint open for such a long time because I'm not sure if you need our assistance.
Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected, however, you are welcome to request a reopening of the case if you still require assistance.
