Do sada nisam morao i nisam mogao da se verifikujem. Kaže da nije potrebna verifikacija.

Up until now I haven't had to and haven't been able to verify myself. It says that no verification is necessary.
No specific reasons were given. Only that the finance department needed more time to check something.
I wrote to the live chat at least 15 times but I always got the same answer.. "My balance is safe and they will get back to me".
I want to withdraw a total of 4000€ and it fails after the first 500€
Bis jetz musste und konnte ich mich noch nicht Verifizieren. Es steht, dass keinen Verifizierung nötig sein würde.
Es wurden keine konkreten Gründe gennant. Lediglich nur, dass die Finanzabteilung nocht zeit bräuchte um etwas zu prüfen.
Ich habe mindestens 15 mal mit dem LiveChat geschrieben jedoch bekam ich immer die gleiche Antwort.. "Mein Guthaben wäre sicher und sie werden sich bei mir melden".
Ich möchte insgesamt 4000€ auszahlen lassen und es scheitert schon bei den ersten 500€
