Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa izuzetno kašnjenjem u isplatama sa ViggoSlots-a.
Ukupan sporni iznos je 8873,27 evra.
Već 15 dana pokušavam da podignem svoj dobitak. Tokom ovog vremena, u potpunosti sam sarađivao sa kazinom i više puta sam završio sve tražene procedure verifikacije.
Kazino je više puta tražio iste dokumente, uključujući:
izvodi iz banke,
verifikacija identiteta,
i verifikaciju načina plaćanja.
Moj nalog je verifikovan nekoliko puta i dobio sam više imejlova sa potvrdom uspešne verifikacije.
U početku sam tražio isplate putem bankovnog transfera. Nakon mnogo dana čekanja, kazino me je obavestio da su obe isplate bile neuspešne zbog „tehničkog problema sa provajderom plaćanja".
Zatim je od mene zatraženo da podnesem nove zahteve za isplatu koristeći drugi način plaćanja. Podneo sam nove zahteve za isplatu na svoju verifikovanu kreditnu karticu i uspešno završio dodatnu verifikaciju kartice.
Uprkos tome, povlačenja su i dalje u toku, a podrška kazina me i dalje traži da sačekam još 48 sati ili još nekoliko dana.
U ovom trenutku, smatram da se proces nepotrebno odlaže. U potpunosti sam sarađivao u svakoj fazi, dostavio sva tražena dokumenta i pratio sva uputstva kazina.
Tražim pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i primanju moje nagrade.

I am submitting this complaint regarding extremely delayed withdrawals from ViggoSlots.
The total disputed amount is 8873.27 EUR.
I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for 15 days. During this time, I fully cooperated with the casino and completed all requested verification procedures multiple times.
The casino repeatedly requested the same documents, including:
bank statements,
identity verification,
and payment method verification.
My account was verified several times, and I received multiple emails confirming successful verification.
Initially, I requested withdrawals via bank transfer. After many days of waiting, the casino informed me that both withdrawals had failed due to a "technical issue with the payment provider."
I was then asked to submit new withdrawals using another payment method. I submitted new withdrawal requests to my verified credit card and completed an additional card verification successfully.
Despite this, the withdrawals are still pending, and the casino support continues asking me to wait another 48 hours or a few more days.
At this point, I feel the process is being unnecessarily delayed. I have fully cooperated at every stage, provided all requested documents, and followed all instructions from the casino.
I am requesting help in resolving this matter and receiving my winnings.
