When I reach out to support, I receive contradictory information, from being told that my case will be prioritized to later being told the opposite. This is not the first time Viggoslots has exceeded the 48-hour limit by tens of hours when handling a withdrawal, despite the fact that I have been fully KYC-verified for a long time.
When I contacted support yesterday, I was informed that withdrawals are not processed during weekends. However, I have previously received a payout on a Sunday (September 9), which contradicts that statement.
I also requested a complaint form and a history of my previous withdrawal requests, including processing times, but was refused both.
Having to wait more than 80 hours just for a withdrawal to be handled, not even completed is completely unacceptable. The support team provides inconsistent information, and no one seems able to give a clear status or timeline for when the payment will actually be processed.
Based on this experience, and similar reports from other players, I would strongly advise others to avoid this casino.
