ponekad sam igrao tamo i uplaćivao male iznose.
24. decembra ove godine sam uplatio 120 PLN i osvojio novac, tako da sam podigao 1600 PLN.
Nekoliko sati kasnije, moj nalog je zabranjen, a isplata je odbijena i konfiskovana, a razlog je „višestruki nalozi".
Mom dečku je takođe bio zabranjen pristup u ovom periodu. I rekli su mu da su naši nalozi povezani (IP, lokacija i uređaji).
Ali ne živimo zajedno, naravno provodimo vreme zajedno i ponekad igramo zajedno, tako da postoji mogućnost da smo imali istu IP adresu jer smo bili povezani na isti vaj-faj (obično igramo preko interneta na našim mobilnim telefonima). Ali nikada ne igramo na istim uređajima.
Oboje smo verifikovani.
Ne mogu da pronađem poštu sa potvrdom verifikacije, ali čak i 22. novembra ove godine su mi podigli novac (250 PLN) i podigli su 100e mom dečku 23. decembra ove godine. I tada nismo imali problema. Takođe smo redovno dobijali imejlove od kazina sa bonusima (uključujući bonuse bez depozita). I mislim da je ovo dobar razlog da pretpostavimo da je sve u redu sa našim računima.

On 24th of December this year I deposited 120PLN and win so I made withdrawal of 1600PLN.
Few hours later my account was banned and withdrawal was rejected and confiscated and the reason is „multiple account".
My boyfriend was banned also in this time. And they told him that our accounts are conected (IP, location and devices)
but we dont live together, of course we spend time together and sometimes we play together so there is a chance that we had the same IP because we were conected to the same wifi (usually we play on our mobiles internet). But we never play on the same devices.
We both are verified.
i cant find mail with comfirmation of verification but even on 22th of November this year they withdraw money to me (250PLN) and they withdraw 100e to my boyfriend 23th of December this year. And then we had no problems. We also regularly received emails from the casino with bonuses (including no deposit bonuses). And I think this is a good reason to assume that everything is fine with our accounts.
I asked them on mail about this situation and asked them about my money. But still no answer.
