Takođe su mi u razgovoru za podršku rekli da je ovo ispravan dokument i da će biti prihvaćen, iako ne mogu sa sigurnošću reći jer nisu u tom odeljenju.
Sada su odbili dokument koji nisu imali pravo da odbiju i zadržavaju mi sredstva. Pokušao sam da ih kontaktiram i bukvalno ne dobijam nikakvu komunikaciju od podrške, ignorišu me.

they asked for proof of address, ID and bank statement for the card used.
first time my documents were denied because I didn’t upload the back side of my ID (which I’m certain I did but oh well) ..they did accept my proof of address.
second withdrawal they approved my ID but told me I needed the bank statement in PDF. I submitted the whole unedited bank statement that came directly from my online banking in PDF format just as they requested.
they also told me in a support chat that this was the correct document and that it would be accepted although they can’t say for certain as they are not in that department.
now they have rejected the document that they had no business rejecting and are withholding my funds. I tried to reach out to them and I’m receiving literally no communication from support they are ghosting me.
