Ne mogu da podignem 315,49 evra od 6. februara 2025. Moj račun je već verifikovan, ali su me ponovo tražili za dokumenta. Poslao sam im sve što su tražili, ali su me ignorisali cele prošle godine.
Nakon što sam prijavio problem putem ćaskanja uživo, 05.01.2026. sam dobio ovu e-poštu od njih:
„Dragi igraču,"
Da bismo mogli da nastavimo sa verifikacijom vašeg naloga, ljubazno vas molimo da nam dostavite dodatnu dokumentaciju kao što je račun za komunalne usluge koji prikazuje vaše puno ime i prezime, adresu stanovanja i datum računa (ne stariji od 90 dana). Molimo vas da otpremite samo jednu stranicu koja sadrži potrebne informacije i koristite format datoteke slike (kao što su PNG, JPEG, PDF).
Dodatni oblici računa za komunalne usluge koji su takođe prihvatljivi uključuju, ali nisu ograničeni na: važeći ugovor o zakupu, dokaz o upisu na fakultet ili univerzitet ili poresku prijavu.
Takođe, molimo vas da dostavite fotografiju prednje i zadnje strane vaše platne kartice ****4653. Potrebne su nam samo prve i poslednje 4 cifre broja kartice. CVV mora biti skriven.
Pored toga, molimo vas da potvrdite da ste vlasnik Jeton naloga koji ste koristili za plaćanja našoj platformi.

Dva sata nakon što sam primio ovaj imejl, poslao sam im sve što su tražili. Od tada me ponovo ignorišu. Tokom tog vremena sam to ponovo prijavio agentima za ćaskanje uživo koji su mi samo obećali da će dati prioritet mom slučaju, ali ništa se ne menja. Ovo je veoma frustrirajuće.

I can't withdraw 315.49 EUR since 6th of February 2025. My account has been verified already but they asked me for the documents again. I sent them everything what they asked me for but they have been ignoring me for all last year.
After reporting the issue on the live chat, on 05.01.2026 I got this e-mail from them:
"Dear Player,
So we can proceed with the verification of your account, we kindly ask you to submit supplemental documents such as a utility bill that shows your full name, residential address and date of the bill (not older than 90 days). Please only upload the one page which contains the required information and use an image file format (such as PNG, JPEG, PDF).
Additional forms of utility bills that are also acceptable include, but are not limited to: a current lease, a proof of enrollment at a college or university, or a tax return.
Also, please provide a photo of the front and back side of your payment card ****4653. We need only the first and last 4 digits of the card number. CVV must be hidden.
Additionally, we ask you to confirm you are the owner of the Jeton account you used for payments to our platform.
Kind regards"
2 hours after I received this e-mail I sent them everything what they asked me for. Since that time they have been ignoring me again. During that time I reported it again to the live chat agents who just promise me to prioritise my case but nothing is changing. This is very frustrating.
I would be grateful for a help.
