Pridružio sam se Ybets-u sredinom aprila. Igrao sam slotove i kladio se tamo 3,5 meseca. Tokom tog vremena, izvršio sam dva depozita (po 100 USD) i dva isplate (50 i 70 USD). Način plaćanja je bio USDT.
28. juna sam zatražio novo povlačenje (80 USD). Nakon odlaganja od nekoliko dana, kazino je otkazao moj zahtev.
Trećeg jula, korisnička podrška kazina me je zamolila da pošaljem fotografiju svog ličnog dokumenta i selfi sa njim snimljen ispred veb stranice Ybets njihovom KYC odeljenju.
U to vreme, veb-sajt Ybets je bio zatvoren zbog održavanja, tako da sam tek 6. jula mogao da pošaljem tražene fotografije.
14. jula, odeljenje za proveru korisničkog klijenta (KYC) me je zamolilo da im pošaljem račun za komunalne usluge i snimke ekrana mojih uplata. Uradio sam to istog dana.
Od tog dana nisam primio nikakve nove zahteve, ali povlačenje sredstava je i dalje za mene zatvoreno.
Nekoliko puta sam slao pitanja o mogućem vremenu pregleda dokumenata odeljenju za proveru korisničkog klijenta (KYC). Većina njih je ignorisana. 8. avgusta, odeljenje za proveru korisničkog klijenta (KYC) je odgovorilo da su moji dokumenti primljeni i poslati na pregled.

I joined Ybets in mid-April. I'd been playing slots and placing sportbets there for 3.5 months. During that time, i made two deposits (100 USD each) and two withdrawals (50 and 70 USD). The method of payments was USDT.
On June 28, I requested a new withdrawal (80 USD). After a delay of couple of days, my request was canceled by the casino.
On July 3, the casino's customer support asked me to send a photo of my ID document and a selfie with it taken in front of Ybets website to their KYC department.
At that time, the Ybets website was closed for maintenance, so I was only able to send the requested photos only on July 6.
On July 14, the KYC department asked me to send them a utility bill and screenshots of my payments. I did it on the same day.
Since that day I haven't received any new requests but withdrawal of funds is still closed for me.
I sent questions about the possible timing of document's reviewing to the KYC department several times. Most of them were ignored. On August 8, the KYC department answered that my documents had been received and sent for the review.
Today, I have no idea when I'll be able to get my winnings if it all. My current balance is 437 USD.
